After a week from the online purchase, I just received an email stating that the distributor should be sending the ink soon and they would notify me when it was being shipped. Unfortunately, I needed the ink asap and am not able to print in color until I receive the order. I have decided that next time, I should just take the time to drive to a store and purchase it.

HP Toner for my printer is available almost anywhere but TonerMax didn't have it. Why did they advertize they had it at a great price when they did not have it available? Worse yet, their order tracking site gave no information at all, not even to say that it wasn't available. They waited seven days until they informed me the item wasn't available. They knew this when I placed the order.

TonerMAX had the lowest prices I could find. I didn't get my order as quickly as I expected, but they contacted me by email to explain the delay and gave me the opportunity to cancel my order if I wished. I appreciated that. I did not cancel my order and it arrived very soon after that. Next time I need to order cartridges for my printer I will order from TonerMAX again.

I have been customer of TonerMax for awhile and never experienced any problems. The fact is that they supply only the OEM products with cheap price. Then they offers free shipping for every orders and deliver the product on time with good condition. The customer service is good.

I bought Canon CLI-8 (4 Pack) Ink Cartridge. It was delivered to me as per they mention in confirmation mail and i received my product with good condition. The only thing is they have to keep the toll free number to track our order status.

The only negative I had with them is they sent a large box with no packing around it. If the package were to be a bit mishandled, the toner being a sensitive device, may have been damage. So, packing should be safe.

I found that TonerMax is one of the best company supplying OEM products and the price is very cheap when compare to other online shops. I ordered Touch M Series Tape Cartridges from TonerMax. Wow! I placed my order at 3:30pm on a Mon. afternoon and received it the next morning (Tue) at about 10:30am. Speediest service EVER - and did not request or pay for Express shipping. I thought there was a problem with one of the inks I ordered, but the sales rep researched it and we found I had the right thing after all. Will definately order again.
