I see some people complaining about this company, and it just seems strange to me. I have been dealing with Tiger Direct for years, as have friends, family, and co-workers Ive recommend Tiger to, and I have yet to experience negative with the company. Ive filed for many rebates, and have received them with no problems or delays. My last purchase was only last week (for a motherboard), which reached me in an impressive 2 business days via regular UPS ground shipping! And like past rebates, I filed for this one right away. The trick really is to get on it ASAP, hang on to all packing and paperwork, and MAKE COPIES OF EVERYTHING, even though they advise you copies of UPC codes arent accepted. Also, I always make it a point to mail everything via registered mail, and all that seems to work. I think a lot of people just arent careful enough in the rebate filing process, and then blame the company when their rebates are denied. Some people just like to complain for the heck of it. I even noticed a reviewer a couple of reviews down who STILL posted a negative review of the company even though a company representative had already informed the customer via another website the customer complained on that they were working on that customers pending issue, and asked that the customer be patient. Chronic complainers!
I have no hang-ups about continuing my business with Tiger Direct. They keep pulling through each time Im looking for a great tech-related deal.
