their service is horrific. at least in the department of returning and cancelling. they road block you every step of they way with needing this number and that number and being on hold forever and their complete lies about not having to do any set up because it's all pre-set up (three hours later, it was still not set up and i was ready to throw it out the window). still haven't figured out how i'm going to be able to disengage myself from these leeches.

I am writing this review during my second hour of waiting on hold to cancel my service. When I ordered the service, I received a live person immediately.

The service was rather easy to set up; however, my service constantly goes down and I have to re-install it. It's frustrating to do this several times a week. So I'm in the process of cancelling (2 hours and 15 minutes and still no live human contact).

Beware purchasing any service from them!
