I got the free shipping and so didn't expect the phone to show up for a week but it was here in 2 days. Obviously, you wouldn't be guaranteed that but it was a delightful surprise.

My experience was very cut and dry. I ordered what my IT Manager requested and the ordering process was simple and easy. Didn't like that I had to log into the Telecom Spot to check tracking of the order when I clicked the link so I just never checked. MIght think about making that a bit more user friendly - others I have used go directly to the tracking information which saves me the step of have to look up what my log-in for this specific web site is.
