I have purchased tools from The Best Things four or five times. Their service, prompt delivery, order accuracy are the very best. Every order I have place is delivered promptly and comes well packaged. I once placed an order and when one of the items was out of stock. I received a call from Jody, (Best Things sales person) who told me about the problem and did everything she could to mitigate the issue. She suggested some possible substitutions, asked if I wanted to be informed when the tool I was interested in was back in stock and the asked if there was anything else she could do to help me. Superb customer service.

The tools they carry are of the highest quality and at a fair price. I am very glad that I discovered their web site. It is navigated easily and well constructed.

They also carry other stuff like housewares, cutlery, antiques, office products, writing instruments, and recreational products. All top of line stuff.

I love this place. Just wish they had a local store so I could stop in. I will continue to confidently shop at The Best Things and highly recommend it to all my woodworking friends.
