Item was suppose to ship an a couple of days and I called over week later and it wasn't shipped nor was I notified of delay. Order was sitting there paid for put with nothing happening until I caller for status. Took a few more days to find out it wasn't available. Good pricing/ cool product but worthless if I can't get it

Wonderful selection, took 27 days to receive item (2 weeks in warehouse, 2 weeks to deliver) -within estimated window, but still a long time - but furniture always takes a long time. Piece is beautiful, no assembly required.

Tv stand had a delay in procesing the order. Did not give me a chance to cancel before shipping. Order went to MT instead of FL. 17 days from ordering until delivered. Tv stand messed up and FedEx messed up. Finally had to cancel the order and now Tv stand is charging me for their mistakes. Filing a complaint with my credit card company.

Great quality item at a great price! The selection was unbelievable and we got the exact stand we had pictured in our minds (and we couldn't find anything comparable locally). The quality is excellent and the guys did a nice job with the free in home delivery. We couldn't be happier with the product.

The tracking info I received for my package was deceiving. The information was when it was to arrive at the warehouse, not to my doorstep. They did not inform me that they were shipping the item to MA (even though the item originated in CA) only to ship it right back to CA. Seems like a waste of expenses as well as shipping time!

Shopping experience was excellent. However, the product was somewhat more difficult to put together than I had anticipated. One would need the correct tools to put it together in a quick and straightforward fashion. Since I didn't have those tools, it was not easy for me to assemble it, altho I succeeded in the end. The potential difficulties of assembling the product I ordered could have been made clearer up front. It took me approximately 3 hours to assemble the product, with several blisters on my hand.

I love the corner tv unit, was damage to door, they immediately sent me a new one. unfortunately the doors holes were not drilled correctly and I was unable to use. I called and they once again were so helpful and are sending out a new door. Keep your fingers crossed that all is good. Thanks for a wonderful place to shop online with such great customer service. Shopping was very easy at tv stands.com. and I received my tv stand quickly. I wasn't quite happy with the condition it was in since I spent $1000.00 on this piece of furniture and I received it with a little damage. One of the doors on the unit will not stay closed and there were numerous scratches on the unit. I did not complain because it is too big and too much trouble to return. The unit is beautiful and the scratches are easy to hide, but I can't get that door to stay closed.
