It was okay. Not the best service. I ordered the item as an anniversary gift for my incredibly geeky boyfriend. I ordered it on a Wednesday or Thursday morning and the item didn't show up for a couple of weeks, when it should have been there in a few days, even with generic shipping. It was several days late past the anniversary, and the shipping stats were ambiguous. The upside to all this is that I contacted ToyRocket, and they were very prompt and friendly and had an explanation for me, and an apology. The email did not read like an auto response, and I appreciated that. That's the deciding factor for me. Next time, I'll order earlier, but that's a small trade off for the friendly service.

I was very pleased with the service although on my first order I was given a wrong figure. On checking my original order it confirmed that I had ordered the right thing but was sent an alternative. I did not return the item purely because of logistics (my being in Scotland and the good received from USA).

I had emailed toyrocket.com to express concerns that order had not been shipped yet and did not receive any email response to my query. I ended up having to call by telephone two weeks later. I did receive excellent service from Doris in customer service however I was not impressed my order was delayed two additional weeks due to my order not being processed intially via email order.

I was actually very pleased with my shopping experience at Toyrocket; I have had bad experiences in the past with smaller, fly-by-night operations like Brians Toys. The order took a little longer than I expected to ship, but since I ordered so close to the holidays it is to be expected. The customer service girl was very friendly, and the company will certainly see me shop there again.

I try to log in my account but not successful, further more my account data are all displaced and worst still is my country name are no more available in the postage country list. At the end i give up and purchase the items from other websites. Not Good. They have no discernible customer service. I have tried to contact them three times, but have been completely ignored. I did not receive one of my items and they have not refunded my money. One of the items came broken. I will not shop at Toyrocket again.
