I couldn't fine the Mary Jane swim shoes at a reasonable price, and Swimoutlet had them and I receibed the package very quickly. Was also able to find a cool swim cap, that I dont' think I could find anywhere else. I love this place, and will definitly shop there again!

I was very impressed with the time it took to ship. I ordered on a Wednesday and received the shipment on Friday and did not pay for special shipping. I absolutely loved the time frame for getting my order. The website was easy to shop from and the merchandise so far has been great!

The web sight is great and easy to use. Previous customer comments were helpful. Although I am very happy with what I ordered my first choice was to order a penbrooke suit. I wish you also carried that brand. Any chance you might in the future?

I had absolutely no problems with Swim Outlet; they are always fantastic. But I did find it frustrating that UPS missed a tracking scan, so on their tracking website it showed it hadn't left California. We had no idea it had left California until we contacted customer service because we were concerned. The package was delivered on the day the UPS rep that Swim Outlet contacted had said it would be. But the UPS website never gave us an expected date of delivery or anything.

SwimOutlet always exceeds my expectations. Pricing is the best in town and the goods always arrive before I think they will. In this case, the fins were too large. The exchange process is straight forward. I'm sure I'll be seeing my next pair of fins any day!
