The major problem was that the tracking of the order was not correctly updated...I inquired about the status of it as the website showed "in process" and the same day I inquired my product arrived. An email notifiying when the product shipped would help!

i was stunned over how quickly i received the product. also, as i was looking for one item, it was helpful to see the "you might be interested in..." note, referring me to the curved set of magneatos. and even initially, i didn't know exactly what i was looking for, so i put in a failry general search on their site. it hit the first time on exactly what i was looking for.

it's nearly impossible to rate this merchant now. also, since i haven't received the order, how can i indicate whether or not the item(s) arrived in good condition? one item is on backorder; i chose to have merchant hold rest of order, but my account still shows charge. merchant attempted to call me three times(i know because of caller id), but they left no message. that was strange and annoying. then their e-mail asked if i wanted to cancel the backordered item--which i think is strange, given the merchant said item was only backordered (versus "no longer available"). although i answered the e-mail, i received no further information confirming when the backordered item (and the other items i think must be available) might be expected. i really want all items and would shop for backordered item from another merchant if item were available from another merchant.

It's easy to place an order, but to actually receive it is another story. My order has been "processing" for two weeks - and no one can tell me when it will be shipped. If I do not hear anything in the next two days - I am cancelling my order and never ordering again.
