Sears.com was a good shopping experience for me. I ordered from them only once so far but would order from them again if I needed some thing on there. I had no trouble and the site was easy to search on. As a rule I look for site to shop at that are reputable, easy to search and find items, site that is well set up and so on. I have found that Sears.com is all of that and more.

What Sears.com sells:

Sears.com sells tons of items. You can purchase clothing for any age and gender, sneakers, electronics, games, game systems, jewelry, home goods, out door items, children's items, furniture and even decor items. They have a lot of top name and top brand items. I browsed a lot before I purchased from them, but I had only one thing in mind.

What I got:

I bought a Kenmore grill. It is summer after all. I bought it about two months ago or so. I was and am happy with it. It was just what I was looking for and I could tell by the picture on the site that it was the one that I wanted. I paid $299.00 for it which was a great price. I had seen this same model for a lot more in Home Depot near me.

The prices:

The prices on the Sears.com site are better then you would think. They have good prices. You might want to check out the sale and clearance sections as well for some even better deals. The fact that you can buy a warranty right from them to better take care of your item is the best. I bought one for my grill as a five year one for only $14.99 extra. Imagine if some thing ever did go wrong with it. I would have no trouble getting it fixed or getting a new one for nothing.

The shipping:

The shipping prices are average. No more or less then any where else would be. I chose priority. It is a little more money then standard but you get your item a few days faster. You can do standard, priority , express and more. The faster the shipping option you choose the more it will cost, but the prices are still good.

As far as the shipment of my grill. It took only four days to get here after I made the order. It was very fast to come to my door. I love that they packages it so well. It was in it's box and in another box over it. There was bubble wrap in between the boxes. The grill was fully intact. I had no trouble at all with the shipment of my grill.

The site set up:

The site is set up very well. Mostly white in the back drop which means less eye attracting flaws on the site. Because of that I was able to focus better on what I wanted to find. There are other colors in the site but nothing bold or annoying. There are no pop ups or flashing things on it which is just great. The search and find menu makes items easy to find. Or you can go through each labeled section if you are not sure what you are looking for or just want to browse the site for fun.

Customer service:

I was not sure the rules of the warranty that I bought and I wanted to be sure about it before I went ahead and got it. I emailed them using the contact us tab. I got an email right away that said that a customer service person would be with me with in 24 hours. I got another email about a half hour later from some one who helped me through it. She was friendly and nice to me and explained every thing in great detail for me.

What I think and my recommendation:

My whole experience with Sears.com was great. The item I ordered was great. The price was good, the service was fast and friendly. There is nothing that could have made it a better experience for me. I really like the site for how well they treated me and how good the service was. Plus the site has a lot to offer. I can guarantee that I will be shopping there again. I would recommend giving them a try.
