Worst on-line ordering experience, EVER. I've ordered thousands of dollars of products on-line from other e-tailers, but have never experienced the level of ineptitude displayed by Sears. Read some of the other negative reviews where Sears plays both hands to the middle: the .com tells you it's a store issue, the store tells you it's a .com issue. Meanwhile Sears has already charged your credit card or taken your money and is using it for days or weeks while they "sort things out." The most recent idiocy what getting an e-mail confirmation to pick an order up at the same time I'm getting a phone call from the Sears store manager. He informed me that they don't have the item in stock; they only have a display item, which is why it shows on their inventory! If I come to the store, he'll order one and have it in 5 days, at which point, obviously, I would have to return to the store to pick it up. No, he won't order it to fulfill the online order! The .com says I have to go to the store to cancel the online item, they won't do it as it has already been charged against the inventory to that store. I've gone through this fiasco on three different occasions ordering online from Sears, and have finally learned to just shop elsewhere. Duh!
