I like Sasa becaue it can provide me varity of choice. But when i checked the price between HKD and RMB, i found the price of most of the goods are not consist with the exchange rate. So that it ususally make me hestitate to buy from website because the expensive price, i prefer to be in Hong kong to buy the products in KHD.

Over all the experience is good. The tracking system needed to be improved. Every time I input the tracking number, the system will tell you that inforamtion is not available yet.

On most occassions I am very satisfied with the turnaround times in delivery of the products that I order. I do notice that there isn't an extensive range in terms of colours in the products that I order. For example, Lancome Juicy Tube bars are only available in 3 colours on the website however, there are over 10 colours in the stores. Also, there is a few things that I would like to purchase but it is not available on the site. However, if there are any alterations or ammendments to the order I find this frustrating and very time consuming. Ammendments are not made in a timely manner (ie I sent an email 5 mins after I wanted to amend an order and I didn't receive a response until 9 days later telling me I couldn't amend the order as it was too late, if they read my email as soon as it was sent then it would not be too late to change the order as it would not have yet been packed). Also, when items are out of stock and an order is placed, they hold the whole shipment up in order for that one item. You should be advised at the time of placing the order that the item is not available to you can cancel it. There is no indication as to when the item will be restocked either.

The product availability and the extent of the products is wonderful. A little more effort into the descriptions of each products would greatly enhance this site, and make the shopping easier and smoother. The packaging was great, and safe. But the only criticism would be that the shipping took too long (to arrive in the US.) I have ordered and received other cosmetics, movies, clothes from Hong Kong, and they didn't take this long, even with the combined free shipping offers (which are usually slower.) The same day that I bought products from SaSa.com, I ordered from two other internet sites. Both were HK based. But they arrived at least 5 business days prior to my SaSa.com order. Though I would comback any other time of the year, for the holiday shopping, it would be be impractical for me to shop at SaSa. com because I would not know if my order would arrive in time, before the presents have to be distributed! Thanks.

In overall, Sasa provides excellent service and the products they sent are in good quality. Except for the first time I purchased, it took a while to send my order due to the credit card verification procedure. Another thing, is pretty hard to reach them by phone. It seems no one ever pick up the call. In general, services via mail and products are very good.
