I ordered an office chair for a Christmas gift on Nov. 30, 2009, paying through Paypal, which went through on Nov. 30. I received notice from ReStockIt that the item was in stock and would be shipped soon. I checked the progress of my order online, through ReStockIt, and it was stated that the item was sent out on Dec. 1st. On Dec. 14, I called ReStockIt to check on the order as it had not arrived. They fumbled around, put me on hold then came back and said a mistake had been made, the item had never been shipped and was out of stock. I asked about my payment through PayPal. They said it would be refunded, which it was, on Dec. 14. A very disappointing transaction. Barbara

I had an issue with an item I received not matching the item description on the website, but I contacted Customer Service and the matter was resolved quickly and efficiently. I was glad to find what I needed at a resonable price. I thought that the shipping charges were rediculous. I don't see why when both very small items were sent in the same envelope why the shipping charges were so high. I paid more for the shipping than for the actual product.

Placed three orders. First order flawless. Second order short shipped, and three attempts were made to receive balance. Balance ended up shipping, but no communication was provided to confirm. I found out upon receiving product that our request had been handled. Third shipment received promptly, just notified however of three broken lids and two missing hanging inserts. This company has served me well. I am proud to tell folks about them. One question, though, one of the trays was broken but not worth returning...I am wondering if there is a produce that would help me fill a small hole....a plastic filler? Do you know of anything like that?

Order took 2 weeks to process (before it shipped), no explanation could be given for the cause of the delay.  Customer service relayed inaccurate shipping estimate ("It will ship today") when I called to inquire.
