After receiving the second bike through some additional photo taking on my part and repacking the original bike I am some what satisfied. Once I received the "new bike" I had my retailer assemble the components only to have both tubes in the "new" tires blow. Now this was not having even riden the "new" bike yet and spending an additoinal $ 33.02 to replace the tubes!! Receipt upon request. Hopefully nothing else goes wrong with this bike as I have a 500 mile ride coming up shortly.

I didn't receive my bike yet. I live in Spain and the bike should've been forwarded to by by myus.com. Now customs claim that there are no documents attached to the bike and DHL cannot deliver the bike. henrikhallbergjensen@gmail.com

On 3/20/08 I placed an order for an 2007 Iron Horse MKIII Sport moutain bicycle (For a really good price)In the email I received confirming the order Stated "Bikes: Bikes will be shipped within 3-5 business days upon receipt of order. Please Allow 7-10 total business days for delivery." So I was figuring I'd have my bike by The first/second week of May. So when I didnt show up sent a few emails asking the status of the order with no reply. Finally got a phone call From RScycle stating It was the last bike and was on backorder.It should ship in a week.that passed sent emails no reply.3 weeks later recieved my bike Damaged.Nothing crazy just some scratches on the frame and fork.Every thing else was fine (thank god). The box it came in was open and crushed pretty bad. Sent an email with pics and I got no reply

I am living out of USA. I got email form CS to submit Photo ID & scanned Credit card. As your request, I sent those to CS. But, no reply during more than one week. I sent email more than 3 times....and recored voice. Very difficult to get reply from CS. In next time, I wish to get fast response from R&S.

Simple, short, they had what i wanted at the price i was willing to pay. only thing was the site said free shipping for products over $500.00 but i could not find the button to get free shipping, and my transition from military to civilian is in progress so i find too little time available to track my $50.00 down

shopping was easy,did it on line and was the first time dealing with this company,producd arrived before expected,because it was shipped to canada,however the frame poked through the shipping box and there is some damage to the frame

The only negative thing was that they were unable to fill the whole order due to only having one helmet rather than two. No email was sent and the order was delayed for almost a week until I called to finding out why the order had not been completed. Their customer service department was excellent to deal with.

It is unacceptable that Randall Scott does not accept international credit cards. Alot of online stores, including the bigger ones like amazon.com do accept them as they are an internet store; that means a store for everyone everywhere. They even made the initial transaction which was validated successfully, so I guess it is merely a company policy that in my opinion is holding the online store's sales by far.

Professional, progressive, patient, knowledgable and on track. GOt a great bike at nearly half price, duno who they did it but the mechanic at the shop that put the bike otgether was impressed with the bike. Have ridden it 109 miles in 4 rides already. Love it love it, frame size was a bit too big but local dealer is swapping out parts to accomodate. When I sell my screenplay (pray for me) I will go back to Randall Scott and get the top of the line Tomasso.

Order sat on hold for 4 days before shipping. Once it shipped it came fast. Order status only said "Pending" for the four days. I have not ordered a bike via online before, so I don't know if this is standard or not.

The price was very good and the delivery time was much better than expected. The instructions were good, but there were sections that could have been written a little differently. They were ok, but, if someone did not have technical ability, it might have been a little challenging. One negative was a small section of the front fork had been repainted with a flat red vs a glossy red. There was a very small section that had no paint, which made me notice the area at all. Fortunately, I had a small can of glossy red and repainted the section. The other negative was the front tire tube valve was defective and had to be replaced.

Wish they did not require a photo copy of the international credit card and ID. It is not secure shopping any more if you have to send a photocopy of all your information.
