I ordered a microwave from Rainbow Appliance via Paypal checkout. From the outset communication with this merchant left much to be desired; no order confirmation; no response to email inquiries to get an invoice. Rainbow Appliance shipped the microwave using an incomplete address even though the address provided by Paypal was correct. The microwave was lost. I contacted Rainbow Appliance multiple times to solve the problem but they did not respond. Finally I got a response when I filed a complaint with paypal.  What truly amazes me is that this company is still in business. The owner is the most juvenile businessman I have ever dealt with in my 25 years in the Electronics Industry. He has been very childish, insulting and downright rude in every exchange we have had. He is laying blame with everyone but his company when it is readily apparent it is their fault. I am still waiting for compensation or a replacement. I spoke with Federal Express and they were very accomodating but said the merchant that mis-labeled the shipment was responsible. There is definitely fraudulent activity taking place at Rainbow Appliance. I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and New Jersey consumer affairs and I highly stress that anyone that has had a bad experience with this company to do the same so they are exposed for the crooks they are!
Mail fraud is a crime and I plan to expose this company for what it is.
WARNING! STAY AWAY FROM THIS MERCHANT! THE SAVINGS ARE NOT WORTH THE AGGRAVATION!!
