They do a excellent job, hae bought alot of goods. and I have very happy, In all the items I have had to return there has only been one item I had a problem with; I had order some rings they were tarished and the packaging was torn and damaged and I did not return these because I didn't have time to find another suitable packaging to get these sent back. But over all I'm very happy with QVC.

Everything was good except for the shipping. QVC stated that with the Shipping fee I paid, the treadmill would be placed inside my door. However, the shipper left in on my walkway. I had to get help to get it through my door.

I absolutely LOVE QVC!!!!!!! They have the BEST products at great prices!! Ordering is great-everyone is kind, and professional and polite! I have never had a problem w/customer service-these folks know what they're doing! Too bad everyone else doesn't run a business like QVC! Hosts are outstanding!!! OVC is the easyest way to shop, even better than foing to the malls. All I have to do is go on line, or call in my order, and in 3 to 5 days I have it home, and the 30 day back return, helps too.

They consistently provide a wide range of high quality products. QVC makes an outstanding effort in describing items, and giving very specific fit guidelines. Their customer service is cheerful and effecient. QVC's hosts are informative and entertaining without the shouting hard sell done at another e-retailer.

In the last year or so i have noticed that the quality of the jewelry and some of their clothing lines (denim and company) has been cheap and substandard. The jewelry is the worst. I have bought ALOT of rings in particular and the differance is so clear to see that it is not the same anymore.

I really love shopping with QVC automative shopping. It's very convenient, and I really love online shopping, because you can take your time. Customer service is very helpful and courteous. I have been disappointed maybe once or twice. I have been shopping with this company for 20 years. I like all the hosts and models, when they model the merchandise, and how the hosts present the merchandise.

Whoever trains the customer service operators must be highly commended. They are very professional and friendly and go above and beyond what is necessary to satisfy the customer. I have the utmost respect for them all.

I order from QVC all the time. For the most part, I am satisfied with my purchases and when I'm not I don't hesitate to return. Their customer service has gone downhill when compared to years ago. I loved the Live Chat but they've done away with it. Their clothing is hit or miss. I can order 3 pairs of the same jeans in the exact same size and have them all fit differently. Love buying beauty products. Will shop with them again.

Everything about QVC is great except for the shipping method. Ups in my area is only opened from 2pm to 5pm and they are not opened on Saturdays. I had to wait 1 week so i could get off work and pick up these packages. If i should order from QVC again I will have the items held at a UPS place that is opened during business houes and on Saturdays

I have never had a bad experience with QVC. The items I have on auto-delivery always arrive on time and in good condition. When they are out of something they quickly let you know and if they expect another shipment to arrive they let you know the date they expect it. You can then decide if you want to wait or not.
