They said it would take 10 days and it did. I think that was too long. The ordering process is super easy. Maybe too easy. Anyone could get on the computor and order something.

QVC ships very quickly. My only complaint is that the USPS is totally inconsistent. Items shipped Priority Mail take 2 days...or 6, even if the items are shipped from the same facility.

Great company that stands behind what they sell. If you don't like it, simply send it back with no questions asked. I like that customer service. I don't like that they charge taxes ON TOP of shipping-and-handling. I don't like that they change S&H on (almost) all items whether it is shipped together or not.

I was able to get what I wanted. I just got to a computer (at a computer cafe in town) and place my order, then mailed out the money order. I think my grandsons will be thrilled with their Christmas gifts. (I think dad will be sending kids to bed early so that he can get his turn with the toys!)

My wife has been a QVC customer for nearly 20 years.  She's spent tons of money with QVC on everything from makeup to things around the house.  Every so often, she would get a letter from customer service warning about excessive returns.  Each time, we would call and they would tell us to ignore the letter - they send them all the time.  It ticks people off and they send more back.  Well, earlier this year, with NO notice, they cancelled her account.  No big deal, open one in a different name.  Nope - they cancelled that one too - it was the same address.  Ok - open one with the son's name - different address - nope cancel him too - lived in the same town with the same last name.  Each time they kill an account, they cancel all outstanding orders and wipe out access to one's account.  These are the most vindictive folks I've ever met.  They don't want your money.  They don't want to stand up to their advertising.  They fight you tooth and toenail to give you back money on returned items.  They don't even want cash customers.

I have always been very satisfied with the Customer Service area of QVC. But I haven't really needed to contact them that often, because I also have been quite satisfied with almost everything that I have purchased through QVC. QVC is a great alternative for me because I am short & they frequently have 26" and 27" inseam pants...if I'm able to order them quickly. I do wish that Waitlist items would be available sooner. I have a few things on Waitlist that I fear I will not be getting, and I really had my heart set on them. But it's hard to supply all of us, I suppose.

Customer service at QVC has taken a nose dive in the last year to year and a half for sure. If it continues I'm not certain how much longer I'll shop with them. Also, in comparison to HSN, it takes twice as long to get the products I order from QVC as it does from HSN.

Put tracking on items shipped by USP. I want to know exactly when my item is being delivered. I should be able to follow it online.
