Proflowers is the worst. Not only did they double bill me for shipping charges, but the flowers were two days late and when they showed up they were nearly dead. One billing charge was for "guaranteed" delivery...when i asked for a refund they said they would only give me credit to use on their website for the flowers and would not even credit my charge card for the "guaranteed" delivery charge..I wasted 60.00 on them..BEWARE

I guess I must be a little slow, but I have giving proflowers several tries. Its always something. The last straw was an order my wife had placed. Two dozen red, yellow and pink roses. What was sent to our recipient was a mix of (20) VERY poor, white, ugly orange and 3 reds. They lasted just about 4 days. Proflowers will give you your money back. But you will never know what you have really sent or how long they will last. And be VERY careful at check out. Do not fall for the free shipping or the upgrades as this may enroll you into a 3rd party monthly pay scam.

Ordered flowers for Valentines Day
did not know they would be delivered via UPS in a sealed brown box all squished and not arranged. Also didnt think they would commit credit card fraud and bill my credit card $14.95 every month for a "membership" fee. Beware. Do an internert search (like I should have done) and you will find 100's of complaints. |

Easily the worst experiecne I've ever had online and I'm online a lot. The flowers were fine. They got there fine. It's the charges they make to your credit card of $14.95 a month that they say you agreed to when you bought your original flowers.

As to Tibwriter's review, I do sympathize with the hassle, but I tend to think the fault lies with FedEx and not with ProFlowers. I've been using ProFlowers for several years now, and have never had a problem. This doesn't mean there never IS a problem, but one individual bad experience should not give the company a bad reputation. Flowers I've ordered from ProFlowers are reasonably priced (compared to other online flower distributors) and arrive as scheduled. Also, the last person I sent flowers through PF later told me that the blooms had lasted longer than any other cut flowers she had ever received -- over two weeks. Remarkable.

We have ordered from Proflowers a number of times. The service and selection have been good. I usually also have a coupon, either from a radio ad or an email, so that helps with cost.
Once, they delivered a bouquet of roses to my mom that had been left in a truck for a couple days and they were slightly wilted. However, when we called to let them know, they apologized and got a gorgeous bouquet out to her the next day. A couple people I have talked to have had a similar experience of receiving flowers that were not fresh, but they also said the company corrected the problem by sending out fresh flowers right away. The service is great, but I'm surprised that it happens that often. Overall, of the flower places I have ordered from, Proflowers is pretty good. I could only select 3 or 4 stars. Not quite 4, but I would give 3 1/2, if I could. |

ProFlowers ripped me off with the EasySaverRewards program - buy your flowers elsewhere. The flowers are great, but they enrolled me in a monthly $14.95 plan with Easy Saver. One email message was sent "welcoming me", then just monthly charges. DO NOT BUY YOUR FLOWERS FROM PROFLOWERS - unless you are Bill Gates.

I was horrified to find out that these flowers were not delivered from a florist. They showed up in a box! Then a month later I find that proflowers had enrolled me in a monthly service. They have been charging my credit card $1.95 a month for something called easy saver. After looking around on the net I discovered that they have committed this fraud to many other people and most still don’t know it. After all who looks that close at a $1.95 charge. I will never use this service again and am currently looking for an attorney to represent me in a class action suit against proflowers.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! WILTED FLOWERS AND WIMPY EXCUSES!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! WILTED FLOWERS & WIMPY EXCUSES!!
My husband is on the road when he heard the advertising on the radio for ProFlowers. He went ahead and a week 1/2 before Mother's Day ordered their special of 100 Peruvian flowers. I come home all excited because I was expecting them. Instead in our 100 degree weather I get a brown and green box and 100 WILTED FLOWERS. I call Proflowers and after pathetic excuses, they do not live up to their "fresh flowers" motto. Here's what they don't tell you: Even though Fed-Ex brings the flowers, after three rings they'll leave your flowers!!! When I told the rep that Fed-EX usually delivers before 4pm she told me no, they have until 8pm!! to deliver flowers. My husband didn't order cable tv, he ordered my Mother's Day gift. You essentially have to wait the entire day for your flowers. They are fresh only if you're willing to put your life on hold!! **Update** these people signed up my husband WITHOUT HIS CONSENT to EZsaver.com. they charged him $1.95, which I don't find out about till I look at my bank account. It seems they've done this to several other people. See: http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/370/RipOff0370758.htm Watch out for this worthless company. |

Proflowers VERY DECEPTIVE
by steve152009, May 6, 2009

Just got off the phone for a second time with proflowers customer service. I ordered flowers and the vase they had pictured and advertised for 24.98. Didn't see any other charges until they got my credit card info. Throughout the whole order 3 times i was prompted for a free clear vase ...ok. When i "checked out" they charged me 9.99 for the vase that was supposed to be free. I called customer service and and told them how deceptive their website was and that I was expecting to get what the picture advertised. Flowers and a vase. I asked for credit on the 9.99 vase. They confirmed it would be taken off the price. About 15 mins later I got an email confirmation and it had the vases on there for 16.99 and a credit for 6.99. WhatI'm backt o the same price. They didn't credit me anything. They just jacked up the price on the original vase. There was no credit at all. God forbid I also get that easy saver rip-off going on. I did not sign up for anything else, i don't understand why proflowers is still operating.

The experience I've had with the Easysaver portion of Proflowers makes me give them a big fat ZERO. A total ripoff, I never authorized anything, backed off as soon as I saw it was a scam...but Proflowers billed my Paypal for Easysaver anyway.
Called Proflowers, they said they couldn't do anything about cancelling Easysaver...yet my PayPal account shows the only recurring account I have is with Proflowers! So Proflowers is obviously part of the scam. Do yourself a favor and stay far far away from this company. |

Pro Flowers SCAM still going strong

I have just heard that I am now a victim of the ProFlowers Easy Saver Scam. This is obviously not news looking at the amount of reports - my question is how is this practice allowed to go on for so long? Is anyone filing a class action? Basically, same as everyone else, you get hit for $14.95 a month, no emails to confirm this is happening, no track record that it is taking place. Others have completed far more research on this than me. But I find it a disgusting practice - it needs to be stopped

I placed an order with Pro-Flowers and everything I ordered did not show up and I never signed up for the Easy Saver and still got a charge on my credit card from Pro and Easy Saver so they got my credit card number from Pro-Flowers. I am going after both companies. I will first get my credit card to reverse the charges and I am going to contact Federal Trade Commission at 1-877-382-4357, the Better Business Bureau at http://www.BBB.org, our State Attorney General Bill McCullum, whom I understand has many complaints reference this but needs more so if you are from Florida please contact the Fraud Hotline at 1-866-966-7226. I am angry with Pro-Flowers for giving my credit card number to these people. I repeat I did NOT enter my account number in this Easy Saver box. So either their site is not secure as they advertise or they are working together.

This is has been the worst experience of my life and it is all because of the inept and inefficient service you provide that has messed up the whole day for me and my wife. I ordered express delivery to get to my wife for feb 13th just so that I will avoid the feb 14th rush.it never got there and just imagine that this is our first valentine's day.whole day your customer service keep telling me that this is in process.AT the end of the day Ms Patt told me that it cannot be delivered today and she will upgrade and send and apology note . NOw today i.e 14th of feb at 5pm you guys told me that it was never even ordered to the florist and that they have no order to deliver as none was placed. Now If you can please tell me who is responsible and how can you compensate it. Is just a refund enough? would you take it? if will not get the response i will leave as many negative responses as I can on all the review websites about your service.

Roses in a box!

I ordered 2 dozen long stemmed roses for my Mother-in Law for V-Day. She lives in CA and I'm in TX, so I gues sthey never thought I would see them. She showed up at our home for a surprise visit and brought her flowers with her. Turned out one dozen was long stemmed and one dozen was short stemmed. Looked weird, not like I imagined an order for $90 would look. Called them, they apologized, and are sending the other dozen by tomorrow. Also not happy with the false advertising regarding their "free shipping." It's not free unless you sign up for some service and you only find this out after your order is complete!! Not cool at all! I'd recommend shopping around first. Oh yeah, the roses came in a box! Not a great presentation for what I paid!
