This was my second order from Profeel. They are INCREDIBLE.I purchased the Cannon Powershot SD-1000 to replace my lost Cannon SD-410.

Delivery Speed
I ordered my camera on Monday at 2 PM and I had it in my house by Tuesday 4 PM (Free Shipping + No Sales Tax.

Order Accuracy
Everything was included in the box as ordered. It was packed tightly to prevent the camera from shifting around.

Customer Service
The saleswoman who I dealt with was polite and knowledgeable. She was very accommodating. It took no time to place the order. She did not try to swindle me into buying any unnecessary add ons (Of my own volition, I did purchase the 'Essential accessory package' which was a great deal. Cannon leather case, extra long life battery and more for only $39.95)

Overall Satisfaction
I was very satisfied with my purchase. I did my research at local retailers and called Profeel to place the order. their price was less than major retailers(best buy, circuit city etc.) but a few dollars more than at a local store. You must however keep in mind that they offer FREE shipping and handling and there was no sales tax (depending on the shipping location. I hope to not have to buy a new camera for a while, but if I do, I will definitely be giving Profeel a call.
