tHE PRODUCT WAS RECEIVED, BT THE EMAIL i RECEIVED WITH THE TRACKING NUMBER SENT ME TO USPS WHO SAID THE MERCHANT CANCELLED THE ORDER. AFTER I RECEIVED THE PHONE CALL, I RECEIVED ANOTHER EMAIL WITH THE SAME INFORMATION.

hard to make person to person contact. love the pasta maker. answering service from hell, press this press that dead end nothings to nowhere.....product arrived in time for the anniversary gift giving!!!! will shop there again.

Have yet to get my order, little to no customer service un till I filled out yet another survey. They promised to take off the cost of shipping, but I still do not have my order. Never again will I order from this company, if I dont get my order in the next few days I will cancel it altogether.

Like I said in my previous Survey, We love the machine,The ease of cleaning is incredible and the machine itself works flawlessly the service was fine, I don't have any paper work for any rebates they were not in with the machine like they were supposed too be.

I ordered the product on June 16 and found out the following day that it was on back order. They said it should be in by July 5. I've had no further e-mails and my daughter still has not received the product. I don't appreciate being told 24 hours later that something is on back order.

I've found the Popeil Family Store to be very good in it's selection of products and how they quickly they get them to you. The only problem I see is that the products are frequently placed on backorder. And probably this is more because of popularity of the products than anything that the store itself is neglecting to do. I suspect this problem will be worked out over time. In an age when most people want it and they want it now, this is a little frustrating...but it is nothing more than that...a minor nuisance in the scheme of things.

Rotisserie arrived missing a small part on the gear Wheel. Asked them to send a replacement part but they insisted on sending a complete set of gear Wheels. Expected time ; -- 3-6 WEEKS !!!

VERY friendly phone staff, who actually spoke ENGLISH! Price was about 40% lower than exact item at QVC. The product arrived almost before I could get offline! Super fast order processing and shipping. ABSOLUTELY WOULD SHOP HERE AGAIN - AND SEND MY FRIENDS!

Item was listed as in stock on website. Order confirmation e-mail said it was backordered and wouldn't be in for several weeks. Order arrived about 5 days later. I was glad to receive it so soon but there was a disconnect between the order status and the website.
