DO NOT ORDER FROM PLASMA HOUSE
The following is the report I filed with the Better Business Bureau. On September 21, the BBB just informed me that Plasma House (aka Dr. Plasma) never responded to their inquiries. Check out the BBB website and see for yourself how many complaints they have received:

I ordered a Plasma TV/DVD from www.drplasma.com. on January 10, 2007. The website stated that item was in stock and I was given order #. 10-14 day economy business shipping was selected. Order was processed on January 17, 2007 after shipping address and credit card address were confirmed. On February 6, 2007 the item had not been delivered to me, so I called customer service at 866-467-5276. Representative said Dr. Plasma had just received item in the warehouse on February 5, 2007 and it would be shipped today, February 6, 2007. They also said shipping would be upgraded to UPS and I would be e-mailed a tracking number. On February 13, 2007 I received an e-mail stating that the item had been delayed and will ship in 1-2 weeks, and to call customer service or e-mail "mattl@drplasma.com" to cancel the order. I attempted to cancel the order immediately on that same day, February 6, 2007; after several failed attempts to contact customer service by phone, I e-mailed "mattl@drplasma.cam" to cancel the order and send me confirmation that it had been cancelled. On February 14, 2007, I called and spoke to customer service, who told me that "cancellation is pending" and they will e-mail confirmation. On February 20, 2007, I received a voice mail from Seco Worldwide Electrical Distributors that my order was in San Francisco for delivery. On February 21, 2007, I spoke to Seco Customer Service (650-876-0751) and refused delivery on ticket number 671898.
I will not pay for this item as I followed Dr.Plasma.com's instructions to cancel after they notified me it was delayed 1-2 weeks. Then they sent it out the next day!
Additionally, according to Dr. Plasma.com's "Credit Card Procedures and Policies", "Only after shipment of your order will your credit card be billed and the funds be debited to your account." This means my Visa was debited approximately one month prematurely. I have been attempting to contact Dr. Plasma.org via numerous phone calls, e-mails and faxes with absolutely no response.
My visa card has still not been credited. They have $1365.79 of my money on an order I cancelled.
