PetsMart.com is such a good place to shop. It's the only place I can find the freeze dried liver treats that my spoiled dogs love. And when they offer free shipping, I stock up.....it helps a lot.

The gate extensions were for a gate I purchased a few weeks ago--they should have been in stock as the gate was. There were no large plush dog toys available--seasonal or otherwise. I have 2 large dogs who like large plush toys; buying something else was not an option. All the items were in the catalogs for the lst 3 months. An effort should be made to keep things in stock or not put them in the catalog.

i talked with Angela i do believe, who was extremely helpfull in deciding which product i should purchase. i received the product in two days which was OUTSTANDING. I am extremely satisfied, you might even say "in awe" of the service provided.

I was unable to find all the products I needed. I did submit a new item request and received an automated message in return. I was unable to track my shipments. I was sent information telling me that I could, but every time I tried to access this on the store site I was told it was unavailable. I shop in the Petsmart morter and brick store often, and this was my first time ordering online with them. I had to attempt sending my order almost a dozen times to get a confirmation. I sent them a message about my trouble, and was informed that no order had been processed and that I could phone in my order. I finally did manage to get my order through by using a different web browser. I am a little disappointed that I am unable to use netscape to order through them.

Part of my order has been shipped but I have not recieved it yet, the other part was backordered and I don't know when or if I will get it in time for Christmas. I am very disappointed with the service. I understand that it is an extremely busy time of year, but this is the only site that has not responded in a timely manner. I will not shop this site again.

I really enjoy shopping online with PETsMART, rather than in-store because alot of the items I want to purchase are much cheaper/more affordable online. The same items in-store cost $0.50-9.00 more and that is just ridiculous. It's so much simpler for me to go online with PETsMART, pay less and have it shipped to me that it is for me to drive an hour to the one nearest me and pay more.

i ordered two 3lb bags of the elpaso nutriberries for my birds. upon receiving and opening them, they were moist inside and all clumped together, it was hard to find most of the "berries". alot of the bags were just crumbs. that was rather disappointing as my babies just love them.

Back ordered an accessory package I needed. Product was rated for airline use by manufacturer and seller, DELTA airlines refused product as an accepatable means of transporting pet, had to by different product in person. Will have to return original product to store...

The price of the item was good and delivery was prompt. However, the box inside containing the cat toy had been broken and poorly repaired with Scotch tape. The outer mailing box was intact, so I must surmise that the item left your facility in shabby condition. As yet, I haven't tried the item to see if it works.

I place my order in the morning. i received an e-mail the same afternoon confirming my order. i received another e-mail the next day stating that my order was cancelled with no explaination. I e-mail you again. my $80.00 order was cancelled because (2) items were not instock. i was told by your customer service dept. that this happens when you place an order on line and certain items are out of stock. if you place an order for 10 items and 1 item is not in stock the entire order is cancelled??? your for certain to loose alot of money this way. i place my order with another vendor. sorry

Everything went well. The only thing that surprised me a little was the notification that one item was out of stock and would be delayed slightly after I purchased the items. In the end, both items came within a decent amount of time. I would have preferred to know the item would be delayed before I made my purchase.
