I have received the beautiful scarf for a gift at Christmas. I have seen it in the package and touched it. I will relate the quality after the gift giving. It looks beautiful and very soft. The promptness of the item was awsome and the packaging great. I will place it with a gown I am presenting to my sister for the holidays. It makes a smashing accompaniment.

I love the products which is why I always buy my pashminas from this merchant - the only downside is it always takes a long time for them to arrive and it does not seem possible to use the tracking facility (because I am in UK?)

I live in New Zealand. This is the second time I have purchased goods from Pashmina Boutique and was very impressed with the experience. The articles arrived in record time and excellent condition. They in fact arrive before goods that I order here in New Zealand (usuallly a five to ten day wait)! The website is easy to understand and I really appreciate the colour samples that are shown. I find placing an order easy, their response to the order is very quick so one knows that the order has been received, the goods are in stock and on their way - great peace of mind when ordering from the other side of the world! Product was fine but was shocked at Customs and Excise costs. The costs exceeded the price of the goods! Although I initially refused delivery by UPS who were charged with collecting the duty costs, I had no choice as I would have been out of pocket completely, and when I checked their website down in the small print there was a warning about duty.so will not shop again from USA.

THis is the third item I have ordered for my Mother. I am very happy with the quality of the product, and I am pleased with the merchant. I did recieve a promotional discount recenly but I wasn't able to apply on my most recent purchase for MoOthers Day last week. No response from the merchant when I inquired.

The pictures of the coat were detailed enough. The product was as adsvertised. I returned it for a larger size, but that was my mistake. I would shop here again. The web pages were easy to use. That's really important.

I am still waiting to find out if my order has been sent. I received a notice that is was out of stock, and would be sent on February 20th. I have not heard or seen anything yet. I need my order by March 7th, so as of this time......I still have nothing!!

Original item was not in stock and I was not notified until I contacted the merchant (I was expecting it by Christmas and it had not shipped after a week). I selected another item and shipping was upgraded to two-day.

Ordered two items for christmas. One item was out of stock two days after order placed -- no big deal. Called and I was told the other item was shipped. After I didn't receive the item after a week I called again. They told me that the second item was out of stock and would not be back in stock. My problem with the merchant is that they told me the item was shipped, then one week later I had to call to find out that not only was the item not shipped, but that it was perminantly out of stock. They never even notified me. To their credit, they did offer to send a free scarf and gloves of a different design that would be in stock soon. (I have yet to receive them).
