Great selection of stock. Unable to find the item any where else. Was not sure if color was pastel, so I wrote a comment and was called to next day to confirm my suspicions. All great so far, but I was never sent an e-mail saying the merchandise was shipped. Being in an extreme hurry for this item, I wanted to know it's status as far as the delivery goes, and I had to call both days to see if it was shipped or not. Even then, no one gave me an emphatic "yes". They "believed" it was shipped and should be there on the second day. I just prayed when I got off the phone the second day that it would come and it did. Would have been a little more comfortable if I would have known for sure.

Tried to order some paper online Next Day Air freight collect using my UPS account number. I used the online chat to do my order since the shopping cart had no option for this. This was an extremely slow process. The next day, I get a call saying my account number is wrong. I explained that the hyphen used in UPS account numbers is not used when entering a package into the UPS computer system. The person I spoke with had obviously limited English speaking skills and kept repeating that my number was wrong. Obviously, I didn't get the package Next Day. After finally thinking that I got him/her to understand about the hyphen problem, I asked for them to give me a discount or ship it Next Day at their expense. I was told I'd get 5% off my next purchase to which I agreed. It turns out that they DIDN'T charge our UPS account and charged our Amex instead. I've ordered before and been satisfied (although what does it take to fill an order?). Why can't people hire English speaking folks to work on the phone? That would've solved this whole problem.

Unfortunately the product description was misleading and I received a product I can not use. Trying to return the item was like a covert operation. I had to call them , then fax paper work describing my problem and requesting a return and then a refund (which I had just done with the operator) then, they would send me an email if I could return the product, then they were going to charge me not only for return shipping but restocking fees (that had never been mentioned in my order). Needless to say their goal was NOT to make me a satisfied customer. I can see why shopping locally is worth its weight in gold!

I'm in the process of attempting to return the incorrect items which were sent to me (note cards, not the postcards I ordered). I called the Customer service number given on their invoice and left 2 messages, neither of which were returned. I finally found a different number for them to speak with someone about doing the return. They sent me to the website to download a form to fill out and fax in.
The process has been painful so far and I'm given to understand that I may or may not get my money back. I'm still waiting to get return approval. (24 hours from the time a fax I'm told, but we're now at 26 hours and counting.)

I ordered several sets of red foil stickers for my store's national re-opening celebration. I requested and paid for second day am shipping so that I would have the full day before my event to place the stickers on my 500 sets of cards to hand out the next day at 7am. I didn't receive my package until about 5pm because they had shipped it regular two day afternoon delivery. When I called to ask what had happened they stated that it was a mistake and they would refund the shipping difference plus 5% of my order price for my inconvenience. My "inconvenience" that they caused put me about 7 hours behind my time line and meant that I was starting my 7 hour stickering process at 5pm instead of 10am. It's over 2 weeks later I still have not received my refund back to my credit card and each time I call I get the run around.

I attempted to order card stock from their website. the legal paper i ordered from the card stock section of their website was regualar bond paper. the bond rating on the website was misleading it stated thet the paper was 60# bond when in reality the paper was only 24# bond leaving us stuck with 3 reams of unusable paper. to return the items will cost more than half of the cost of the paper.
