Optics Planet is deceptive and manipulative. I ordered a "Suunto watch battery kit" from them. Everywhere else the kit includes watch batter and o-ring and optics planet had the lowest price. When I got the order it only had the watch battery (which I could have bought anywhere else for much cheaper). I called and they said the "kit" only included the standard watch battery.  I believe that the only reason you would call a battery a "battery kit" is because you're trying to mislead and decieve people into buying a battery for way too much.

I would send it back but the shipping is more than the battery itself. I asked them if there was anything they could do about it, since they kind of ripped me off for a battery and they said they would call me back. Did not hear from them again.

I tried the online chat and all they had to say was "I'm very sorry that you thought the kit was more than a battery." I knew that this person could not do anything and asked to speak to the supervisor. The supervisor was "In a meeting." Never heard from them again.

The worst part of the whole experience was that they just blew me off and avoided the conversation by telling me they would get back to me. I would NEVER trust this company and will NEVER order anything from them again.
