This was my first time shopping at Optics Planet-- I was looking for binoculars as a gift for someone, but ended up getting a few other things too. I was very pleased with my overall experience and can say I will definitely shop there again in the future when purchasing optics or similar products. First of all, the prices were by far the best I found online, and also Optics Planet offers free shipping, which I didn’t see being offered by any of their competitors. Also, I am not exactly an expert in things like binoculars, so I wanted the chance to talk to someone who is so I knew I was making the right choice. Optics Planet had very friendly, very knowledgeable customer service representatives, and after talking with their “product specialist” for 15 minutes, I felt totally comfortable with my decision of which binoculars to buy. They were for my dad and they turned out to be perfect for him! I was thrilled. I was also very impressed with Optics Planet’s selection. They sell way more than just “optics!” There are tons of brands and products on their website, and even though it was a lot, I did not find the site itself to be confusing or difficult to use. Ordering was a breeze, and I picked up a few things for myself while I was at it (free shipping, awesome prices—why not?). I'm rambling now, so I'll just say the bottom line is this: Optics Planet definitely gets a thumbs up from me. Great selection, great prices, great service. The end.
