Needed to get my hands on a Sony Clie PEG-TJ37 because I have had one for a year, loved it, but it broke. I found this company advertising a new one on shopping.com. Clicked the link and checked out easy enough, although the design could have been a little nicer. Everything seemed ok and trustworthy.
Everything looked good, I was able to view my order online instantly - real-time ordering, that is a nice feature. At first the status was "In Process." I also received a bunch of E-mails, order confirmation, and regisration welcome letter, nice touch.
About an hour later I checked the website again and now it was listed as "Paid." And also, again, an E-mail confirming payment.
About another hour from there I got an E-mail confirming shipment with a tracking number. Their online system lists UPS, but the tracking number was for FedEx, no big deal. I tracked my order on their website again and now it says "delivered" I guess that means to FedEx, either way, the tracking number was their too and so was a direct link to fedex to track the order. It said "no tracking number found." I E-mailed 1OEL and they told me to try again in 12-24 hours because they generate the numbers in their computer and then send them to FedEx and it takes time for this to happen.
The next day I went back to their website and I tracked my order again, no problem - the order is on its way.
I received my order 3 days later (ordered Monday, received on Friday) packaged nicely with a packaging slip with price information listed.
Everything looks good and overall I am satisfied with my order.
****Their "Customer Menu" is really TOP NOTCH. They have options to change customer information, billing information, track a wish list, personal recomendations, and soon a . . .

****Bottom Line: I would shop with this company again.
