#1 I waited 4 wks for an item that was to ship in 5 days.
#2 OneWay's Customer service is terrible. I attempted several times to get a tracking # and to find out why the delay. I never get a live person to talk with and after waiting as long as 20 mins on several occasions to leave a msg, they cut my call off each time without the opportunity to leave a msg.
#3 The item is UGLY. The comforter was described as soft brown and ivory which the picture also indicated. The item is actually a very brassy greenish gold. This is not a color I can use. I did not even remove it from the packaging.
#4 After one week and a half, I finally received one email response which told me there would be a 20% re-stocking fee (nearly$80!!!)
in addition to return shipping costs. The costs for the return shipping would be sent to me as soon as Adrienne determined what the shipping costs to me would be. After another week, I am still waiting for a response. Their site states "Easy Return." Don't believe it. There is a "return within 30 days. As deceitful as everything else has been with ONEWAY, I am beginning to suspect they will soon tell me that it is past 30 days and I can not return the item.
#5 Again I have tried for a week to get a response from customer service. It is the same situation as when I was trying to find out why the delay in shipping. No one returns e-mail and the phone line is never answered.
# I am beginning to fear I will never get my $400 back. I searched a long time for a soft brown and ivory comforter and thought I had found it. What a disappointment.
