One Step Ahead

I did not have to negotiate the site. I used the site for someone who had registered. Ordering and delivery were handled well. I had to contact the site because my purchase was not recorded on my friend's gift registry as having been purchased. I was concerned that the message in the gift card was too short and did not include my name, but the recipient was able to tell who the gift was from

I've told my friends who are also grandmothers about this site. It is nice for us grandmothers to have a catalogue to browse through as well so that we know what is available these days w/o having to go to the stores and lugs huge boxes to the car. The quality is great and you have things I've not seen anywhere else.

I love shopping at one step ahead. My daughter is 4 1/2 yrs old and I discovered one step ahead when she was just a baby. I love their safety products and their spf clothing. It makes it so easy to take them to the beach! No slathering sunblock everywhere! Everything I have ever bought from them has been of excellent quality. They have unique products that you can't typically find in the store. They are well worth the few extra dollars.

I have not yet recieved my package. I called One Step Ahead to see if my package was sent out. The lady did inform me it was sent out and the company has until the 29th to get it to me. I ordered a different package from another company same shipping same day as my One Step Ahead order and it came 2 days later. I ordered my things online on the 14th. It has been 2 weeks since my order. When I ordered my items it said 5-7 days. I would not recomend ordering from this compant.

I had received a catalog from this company via usps and saw what I wanted to order, went online and was able to take care of it right away at their web site. It's very user friendly and I would recommend it to other people. I sent the ordered item to my daughter and son-in-law for their baby and they received the package in a short amount of time and were very pleased with the product.

I was shopping for someone who had set up a gift registry, and at check-out selected the option to have the gift delivered to the registrants address, but instead it was shipped to me which ended up with the inconvience of me having to deliver the gift myself. I was quite disappointed in that and not quite sure why it happened. Other than that, I love your products and everything else was fine.

It was a very easy site to use. I didn't have any problems finding what I was looking for. I knew when to expect my package even the swim shorts that I had bought for for nephew that was shipped to his address came on time an no problems were found with the product. I would shop here again. My only problem (and it is not One Step Aheads fault) is that the blow-up mattress that we ordered had a hole in it. I do not like the fact that we have to pay to send it back to the company to be replaced. We already paid a shipping and handling charge once, it is not our fault that the product was faulty.

This was the first time I ordered from this Company. I thought all of the items that I ordered are wonderful. The only problem I had was I had to have an additional Cabana sent because only one was sent to me in the shipment...and it should have been two. I contacted the Company ASAP and they sent me one immediately. I was very satisfied with my purchases.

In the discription it says something that made it seem like it inflated its self. I was very disapointed to find that my 2 year old has to hold it untill I blow it up. Not at all what I thought. I thought it would have a button that you push and it inflates its self. very disapointed! but the product is in good shape and had no problems exept that it took 12 days to recieve not 7-10. I linked into One Step Ahead through the Upromise web site. The shopping experience was great and uneventful. I had the diaper back pack I needed - much better than the one I'd previously ordered from One Step Ahead, which wasn't big enough. I am noting what child proofing things I need to order and will be ordering those items soon.

Fine. Good quality products. I would just make sure that the website states that the one-two days mailing option may in fact take like 3 to 4 days since the packaging takes place at a wearhouse. I ordered the swimming apparel with the one to two day shipping option and it got to my house four working days later... by that time we had already left on vacation.

In the future, I would like to follow the progress of my order via on-line with a tracking system that allows me to view where and when the product was shipped and the expected arrival date.

I tried to purchase the Boathouse from their site. They were having problems with the site so I called to place the order. The person I spoke with said they would not take the order over the phone. I explained the site was down and asked if she would take the order she refused. The site came back up later in the day I called back to see if there was stock they informed me there was so I placed the order. I received an email two days later saying my order was canceled do to no inventory. This was the worst purchasing experience and would never recommend this site to anyone.
