Place an order on 2-9-07. Same day they charge my card. Shipping supposed to be in 5-8 bus days. After a few weeks tried to check status of my order. You cannot do it online, cannot get in touch with rep. When called the company, got message "we are busy, leave message with your name and phone number" and after a few seconds "system don't accept messages". Very funny.
Surprisingly, after 1 month and this revue they called me, apologized and sent ordered cartridge (refurbished) and another one new (on the house). At least, if you wait long enough, you might get free stuff. |

I ordered a replacement ink cartridge to replace a Lexmark #16 Black and it took less than a week to arrive from the time I ordered it. Omnipro sent emails to confirm order and sent another to let me know product shipped. I received item just 2 or 3 days after the email. Shipping was free and item was shipped by way of first class mail. Item arrived fine and packaged well. I am very pleased with the transaction. I was a little leary at first from reading past negative reviews, but this transaction was great. I recommend this merchant and for this cartridge it was the best price on the internet and even beat out ebay prices.

I ordered a couple of ink cartridges and it said free shipping which was great. But I just got off the phone with a lady from the company and they were waiting on the colored ink just arrived today and I have been waiting 9 days for the order. I am not happy with the situation but I guess I get what I pay for. I don't even know If the product will be of good quality. I'll have to wait and see.

The whole shopping process was easy, fast, and accurate...my problem is with the quality of the ink--neither black cartridge that I bought is very pigmented--the ink is faded. Even on a high quality print cycle it was still faded and cheap looking.
I replaced the ink cartridge with a new one from Brother and the difference is amazing--I guess you get what you pay for. |

It was excellent shopping with great company with good support team. I just bought color catridges for my Epson Printer. Three of them were not working properly, but somehow I managed to make two of them work. One of the Cyan catridge was not recognized by the system, I managed to call their support guys but was not in the support hours. I got frustated and just send them email instead. I got reply next business day, asking for how they can solve my problem, and they gave me the replacement for the Cyan catridge and rushed that service to me. That Cyan catridge worked on my printer. I was impressed by quick support response. Will do more shopping in future.

Ordered two black ink cartridges. One of them did not work at all. I received a replacement about a week later, and the new one works, but not well.
Customer service was decent, but the hours of operation need to be longer. It took me three days before I was able to call them before closing. Shipping is okay, but product is not good. |

Omnipro has good quality replacement ink cartridges at a great price. Fast delivery. I am a return customer and have referred many friends to this site. The website had some search issues which they have fixed. It's now much easier to use. I can easily find items by brand and model number. Very helpful customer service, as well. Only one defective ink cartridge and they are replacing it.

Merchants do NOT get any better than this over the internet. Omnipro made a minor mistake and sent us the wrong cartridges. They immediately corrected the mistake and sent me the correct cartridges plus credited us. Plus, their prices were better than anyone elses' on the internet at that time, so we saved quite a bit of money on our quantity purchase. We will never use anyone but Omnipro for all of our office supplies and ink cartridges. Thank you very much, Ray Casas and Omnipro!!

By far the best price on drum & toner for Brother HL-1240 printer, and I received both in 9 days. There was some confusion in MY receiving dept due to the package being addressed to my company and not me. I sent an email to Omni's customer service late one evening and they called me back early the next morning. The customer service representative bent over backwards in helping me - verifying my shipping address with the vendor and offering to deal with UPS for me. Will definitely use again & recommend to others!

I ordered a toner replacement. It took 11 days to finally reach me. Each time I called customer service the line was "busy." This was a cheap price, but certainly not worth the hassle and long wait for delivery. Customer service had a non-customer service attitude and did nothing to help.

I ordered from them because their prices seemed to be the best plus no shipping. Got the 2 original cartridges, they did not work. Contacted them, they sent out 2 replacements. Those also didn't work. Contacted them again to just get my money back, but they say they never got my returned cartridges. Then the next email says they got 2 of them, but they were not theirs. Accused me of sending somebody elses' cartridges back to them. Funny thing is I sent all 4 cartridges in the same bag, along with the shipping invoice. I just want my money back.... Customer service is horrible. Initially ordered on 7/2/06, money was taken immediately of of my account on that date. Returned the cartridges on 8/4, still hasseling about the refund.

I first ordered through Omnipro because of their great prices & decent selection; now, I am quickly learning how much of a mistake I've made. I've placed four orders through them and their service has gotten progressively worse with each order. My most recent order (3 toner cartridges and a drum kit) came a week and a half after I had ordered it (after being "delayed" due to not having the part/s in stock, which I was informed of a week after ordering), only half of it came, and of the half that came, one of the parts was completely incorrect. The other half of the order seems to be missing these 2 weeks later. My second order placed a couple of days afterwards is apparently missing as well.
As for their website, they provide no way of checking your shipping (once you get past the clunky interface), so you are required to email them on an order-by-order basis. They might get back to you within 3-4 days. Overall, I felt like I was dealing with a group of teenagers with no experience in retail whatsoever. I can't imagine ever doing business with them again. |

Received order within 5 business days. My invoice included $.72 PayPal credit but the amount was never credited to me. Links in their email messages never work and "Rate me" links are always missing. Administratively, they're a mess, but I've found their prices and products reliable. Although I haven't used the color cartridges, I've ordered and used b/w cartridges in the past. On the web my toner cartridge was listed as "in stock." It wasn't. Though they had my e-mail, they failed to contact me of the delay. I had to call myself to find out what was happening, since my old toner by then had completely run out. I finally received the cartridge a full month after I ordered it. While I waited, another company provided me with a toner in five days.

Horrible Shopping Experience. WASTED one month of my time and have no replacement in hand. Firstly they shipped the order 10 days late, then they source some crap from China, cartridge had wrong colors and dried up after 3 pages. No one picks up phones, horrible customer service. Replace process another 1 month, they either did not receive shipment from China or the stuff had manufacturing defects. This is s MONEY SINK, NEVER SHOP HERE.

I ordered an HP printer ink cartridge on November 7, 2005. About three weeks later when I hadn't received the cartridge, I called OmnoPro and found out they were having trouble filling the order due to product availability, and disruption from the recent hurricane. A few hours later a very helpful customer service rep called me back, told me the cartridge had been shipped, and gave me the USPS tracking number. It would have been nice if they had notified me earlier of the delay, but they apparently went out of their way to correct the situation once I called them. Mistakes happen, but good companies like this try hard to make things right as soon as they can. I'm now a satisfied customer.

I canceled the order, but Omnipro still charged my account. And, after several conversations and e-mails with them, I still await my refund. Don't think I'll do business with these people again. |
