My wife's check was declined! Why? "Duh, we don't know. We can't/won't help you. You've got to call this number where an impersonally operator may or may not give you an answer." Meanwhile, you're subject to public humiliation.
Yeah, I know. This happens all the time and not just here. Sooner or later it gets straightened out. But if we don't put a stop to it every time it happens it will go on and on. Any store that refuses a perfectly good check should suffer the consequences. People should be made aware of it and refuse to do further business with these people. If they don't value their customers we should find other places to shop.

I really liked the clothes that I got from here, most of them fit me nicely. My package got delivered quickly and did have a problem with the size of one of the articles of clothing that I got. I sent it back and soon got the right size that I needed. The clothes were great and I got them in a speedy manner.

The Old Navy Online store has wonderful bargins and they ship promptly and are very good if you have to return an item. It is just as good if not better than the store and it is easy to shop and not have to stand in line. If you have never purchased from Old Navy stores I advise to to your local store and try the jeans so you can find your perfect fit. Happy Shopping.

They carry small sizes which is really a plus for me and they have a good selection, as well as good prices and sales. I have also ordered online and the service is fast and the cost of shipping is reasonable also. Old Navy is always my first choice when it comes to clothing.

I love shopping at the malls but I'd rather shop at Old Navy Online than any other Old Navy. Talk about selection? There is so much more to offer online than at any Old Navy store I ever been to and trust me I've been to them all in my area. I am a definite Old Navy girl! I have everything from underwear & pajamas to jeans and sandals. They are the best.

And I can believe how fast the delivery was. I got a email sent on Friday that my order was on the way and I got my package on Monday! All I had to do was wait a weekend. That's perfect. Not to mention there are more departments to Old Navy Online than at most Old Navy stores. As long as my credit card works I will be shopping from now on at Old Navy Online!

My review of Old Navy Online store is awesome do not pay extra to have your clothes shipped faster.I live in Pa and I have always got my stuff 2-4 days later.I am kinda close to them I think they are in Ohio but still most of the time it was 2 days later.Always the order was correct never had to mess with sending things back.I will always buy Old Navy Items online rather than in the actual store.

I love the bargains you can find at old navy. The clothes are great quality and the price is very affordable. I have to do a lot of shopping online, because we are military overseas. I have had numerous problems with their exchange system. It always turns out right in the end, but the frustration of having to call long distance and be put on hold while they try to figure out the problem, has gotten rather old.

I recently made a rather large purchase through oldnavy.com and was pleasantly surprised at how well it went. It was very easy to find everything that I needed, affordable prices, wide variety, I had questions on a couple of items that were answered quickly. Once I placed my order, which was easy and fast I received my order promptly and everything was correct (items, sizes, and colors) and everything arrived in great condition. If you like Old Navy I would suggest doing some of your shopping online as well.

My experience with ordering items online through Old Navy, has been easy and enjoyable. I will continue using them for my retail needs in the future, and referring them to friends and family. My order came a couple days early, which was a nice surprise. Everything fit perfect, and if there were to be a size problem, I could have returned the item(s) with no problem. The return policy was clearly stated with my order form. The ordering process was so simple, even my boyfriend could do it with ease. There is always a friendly customer service representative close by, if there are any questions.

Everything that I have ever ordered from the Old Navy online store has been accurate and delivered in a prompt speed. When I am ordering new items that I have not be able to view at the store and have had questions pertaining to them I have called customer service and everyone I have spoken to have been helpful and very nice. Overall, my experiences have left me with a sense of satisfaction.

I Love Oldnavy.com! I always receive my order within a week of placing it. I purchase a lot of baby clothes there, which are easy to wear and affordable, considering my son outgrows clothes within a few months. And they have maternity pants in tall sizes at reasonable prices. I have an entire maternity wardrobe from Old Navy.

As far as regular pants go, the quality has been questionable on some pairs I have purchased - I am 5'9" and some "tall" pants I have purchased have been too short on me!

Wow...why didn't I discover this sooner?! Stylish selection, snappy delivery, and larger sizes. I'm a stocky guy, and though their clothing seems to fit one size too small (at least in shirts), I still found a great selection of items. And with Christmas here, everyone on the list may get Old Navy! It's so easy, and I had my package when they said I would. I find myself logging on daily to see if they've added new merchandise! And when an item is out of stock, in my experience, I've found it's usually back in stock within a day or two. Don't deprive yourself of quality made clothing at great prices...OLDNAVY.COM!

I've shopped at Old Navy's online store before and had no problems. My order was always complete and accurate and arrived when they said it would. In fact, my order sometimes arrived ahead of schedule.

This time, I had my order shipped to a new address. The mail carrier supposedly left the package in the mailbox, but it got stolen right out of the box. I called Old Navy to tell them what happened, and their customer service was just so awesome. Old Navy promised to ship me a fresh order, minus one item that was out of stock, at no charge. They even shipped by FedEx so that there would be a signature confirmation required. Not only that, but the customer service representative was friendly, cheerful and sympathetic to my situation.

I'm always satisfied when I shop at Old Navy Online. And as a bonus, if the item isn't what it appeared to be or doesn't fit, I can bring it to any physical Old Navy store and get a refund. Overall, this is an excellent site for shopping, and I'll shop here again.
