Old Navy

One of our most frequent places to shop on-line from is the Old Navy On-line Store. We have a credit card to the store, making all purchases easy to charge for the month and then pay off when the bill comes. In addition, having a card gives us certain cash back rewards and access to special sales.

We live in a small town, with no Old Navy brick & mortor store. The nearest one is an hour away. We have 5 people in the family to clothe. Taking all of the kids in the van on a 2 hour round trip drive to buy new clothes is a waste of time ... especially when the Old Navy On-line Store has offered $5.00 shipping for years now ... it's cheaper to stay home in my pj's and order then to drive to the actual store.

Since we shop so much at Old Navy, we know all of the sizes of the purchases we need to make. Just in case though the site offers a handy sizing guide - which gives you some information about general sizes to purchase. I've used it a few times to double check some kid information. Additionally, at the stores often we find the exact item or size we want to purchase is not in stock, and we end up needing to order it on-line anyway. For myself in particular I can only wear their "Short" sized pants, which they don't usually carry many of in the store; so often I find myself purchasing from the on-line store more and more so I can be assured I get the right size and color!

We shop in every section - which is great because the Old Navy On-line Store offers products for babies, toddlers, bigger kids, adults, plus sizes, maternity and more! Each section has its own tab and is broken up into various categories depending on the type of clothing you are looking for. They also have sections for sale clothing, new styles, things to wear to work, and more.

The site is super easy to search and navigate. Usually I don't have a particular product in mind, I just know the kids need new clothes, etc. I love shopping around and seeing what's affordable and what catches my eye. The site offers a Quick Look at the clothing, sizes, and colors, or you can click the product and see all of the detailed information. Many of the products are able to be seen close up and from multiple angles.

The shopping cart is set up in the usual way, and easy to add to and remove from. When it's time to check out all of our information is now stored at their site - but first time users will need to create an account. We immediately get a purchasing notice in our email that lets us know about our order. A few days later we get a shipping notice in our email as well.

Shipping has always happened quickly and within a week. All our packages have arrived safely and without damage. Unfortunately not all of our packages have arrived with the correct products in them. A few times they have sent the wrong sized clothes than what we ordered. Thankfully they include a shipping label and way to return the item quickly through the mail. We've had to use this a few times, and they've always either credited our account or sent us a return package with the correct size quickly. Additionally, I've had to return a few items that didn't end up fitting, and they were always quick to receive and credit our account as well.

Some times I just surf the site looking for ideas and future shopping purchases. I'd have to say I visit the Old Navy On-line Store weekly. It's a great place to outfit the entire family!
