Old Navy online store has wonderful customer service, and excellent delivery speed. I ordered online on a Friday night at 10pm, and on Monday I received a confirmation e-mail that my order had been shipped, all with only regular delivery. I have had to call customer service only once, and that was to make sure my address was correct. When I did call the service went above and beyond. The person I spoke with made sure that my address was correct, and even showed me how to view the information online, even though I did not ask. With the Old Navy credit card shopping online is not only easy, but more convenient than going to the store. The credit card also offers “Bucks Back” for every $200.00 you spend, and the “Bucks Back” can be combined with other offers for even more savings potential. The one complaint I would have is that Old Navy used to offer free shipping on orders of $50.00 or more, but now they offer free shipping on orders of $100.00 or more. I used to enjoy going to the Old Navy Store in my hometown, but now I enjoy shopping in my pajamas in my own home.
