Haphazard incompetent service, probably well meaning knuckleheads

Very inexperienced store. Great website. Incompetent operation. I should have been tipped off by their FAQ where it says it takes 24 to 48 hours to process a credit card through their "rigorous review of credit". Uh huh. Placed the order Saturday, called on Wednesday to ask whether I had passed the rigorous exam and was told yes, and that the order was shipped Tuesday. Thursday I call for a tracking number and was told the order was canceled because it was out of stock and "you can't get it any more" (yes you can). After the confession, they offered me another printer, "better quality for the same price" but I didn't give them the chance as I lost faith in them. Just for kicks I looked up the the supposedly "out of stock" and "out of production" HP LaserJet CP4005dn on their site, to see if they were still listing it. Yup, only now it sells for $200 more, and it's in stock. Peeyou, does it smell in here? My guess is that a web designer decided to go into e-retail and this is the result. Reading the other reviews, some people have good luck with them, but read the negative reviews and you'll also see there is a pattern that sounds like my experience.
