We have just purchased a Bosch top-of-the-line dishwasher from Number 1 Appliances. I did some research in town and on the internet and they were beating any other stated price by far (a difference of over $400 with our local Sears).
I called to placed the order and was very satisfied with the customer rep I talked to, who answered my questions about extended warranty and helped me place the order.
The dishwasher arrived within 10 days as stated.
I appreciated that the delivery company called in advance to schedule and left a phone number and dispatcher name so I could call back. On the day of the delivery, the window was 11:00am-2:00pm. When I arrived from work at 10:50am, the dishwasher had already been dropped in the driveway. The driver had stated a small dent in the styrofoam wrapping and all else looked good.
We installed the dishwasher without any issue and it looks and works great (it's so quiet we cannot even believe it's runnning!).
We have not received any paper yet about the extended warranty we purchased or the free 10-yr major part warranty but I had been told this would take a bit longer.
Overall, I am more than satisfied with Number 1 Appliance's service and will use it again in the future.
