I was going to "save a few bucks" by shopping elsewhere but was persuaded to stick with Newegg and I'm so glad I did. There turned out to be a mistake with my order (hey it happens to everybody) and Newegg came through with flying colors. No arguments, no hassles, no problems. Just a very helpful customer service representative who offered an apology and sent the proper item out the very next day.

To top it all off, Newegg had the best overall prices anyway. How can you beat that? I'm a Newegg customer for life.

I have had a rough time with a 8rda3+ motherboard with newegg.com and they have replaced the board many times for me.and they took care of me through the whole time.They have always been top notch and have sent me a another replacement motherboard.a dfi infinity. im hoping this one doesnt die like all the 8rda3+ 's i have had. thanks newegg.com

I live in a town that doesn't have on street mail delivery, hence the shipping address is different from the address for my credit card billing.

When calling to arrange this, the wait for the service was long, the hold music obnoxious, and the person I spoke to was rude.

However, I did have my shipping address added to the credit card company's data. Even so my order was neither verified nor shipped three days afterword.

Inefficient service, but they made up for it by being rude. A truly wonderful combination.

The order was canceled.

Problem with Billing Address vs Delivery Address on credit card. Problem was reconciled but service reps attitude gave me a sense that I was not being truthful in our discussion of the problem. Other than that, everthing else went smoothly and delivery was prompt.

Delivery speed was fast (ordered on Friday, received on Tuesday), no taxes (great), and a mere $6 shipping for Seattle.

Although the package was dented, but that seemed to be Fedex's fault, not theirs. The only people I would penalize would be Fedex.

My Canon Scanner arrived with no problems. One minor curiousity, was that it was shipped in the original box, with no additional packing material, without so much as packing tape to "seal" the box. If the shipper had wanted to take out parts, I wouldn't have been the wiser, though this didn't seem to be the case.

I received what I ordered in perfect condition three days ahead of the projected delivery date despite a major ice-storm in the midwest where I live. I could not have been any happier. My most recent purchase was the first mistake in ordering from Newegg. I ordered arctic silver thermpaste and received arctic silver adhesive. Newegg promptly replied to my query that I can keep the adhesive and they would ship the correct product immediately. Great Customer service. Thanks Newegg, I will continue to shop computer parts exclusively at Newegg.

Things are always easy to find and compare at Newegg.com as you can search by name or category. The product select is large, descriptions and photographs are excellent, and the user reviews can be helpful. The ordering process is streamlined, and just the right balance of notifications are sent regarding the order. My order arrived a few days earlier then estimated, but this is probably due to my proximity to one of their warehouses. Their costs are very competitive, and the service is great, so 4 of 5 of my computer product purchases are through Newegg (assuming they stock the item).
