It takes a lot for me to post a review like this, especially one that isn't favorable. I ordered a DSLR camera, extra lens and accessories on a Tuesday from Newegg. I requested and paid for 3 day UPS guaranteed shipping. Thursday I received a UPS shipping confirmation and
tracking number. For the next 4 days, I tried to track the package, only to learn that it had never shipped!!! I called Newegg customer service and they gave me 2 options: An investigation that would take 3-5 business days, or cancel the order. When I said that neither option was acceptable, they escalated my complaint to a manager. She promised to overnight the order to me. As I had not received any further correspondence from them, the next day I phoned them again. The order had not shipped (this was the day it was to arrive). 8 days from my first order placement,I reluctantly had to cancel my order. Now I have no camera, and my model is leaving town tomorrow! Newegg apologized and offered to Email me a $50 certificate on my next order. As of now, I have not received the $50 offer, only a letter of apology. Throughout this process, I have received over 14 E-mails from Newegg, but no camera.
