Over the past few years, I've dealt with this company MULTIPLE times. I will go ahead and say that you will not be finding any solid negatives in this review, but I promise to be thorough with my honesty...

First of all, I love their search options. I'm not saying they are the first to have this type of setup, or the only, but for me nothing beats the ability to filter down like this and target exactly what I am looking for.

When it comes to pricing, this is definitely a site you'll want to keep bookmarked. I'm not gonna sit here and say that this one place always has the best prices or any of that nonsense. The key to finding the best deals is always to shop around of course. However, I do end up ordering my computer parts as well as some other items (blank media, jewel cases, etc.) from here the majority of the time. You should always have patience with technology prices but check back at this site often. They are constantly offering new sale prices, free shipping, mail-in/instant rebates, combo specials, and so on.

It's also a great place to find many in-depth customer reviews about products. Please be warned of the reviewers who immediately give items a 1 out of 5 rating after receiving a DOA (dead on arrival) product. Of course, this will always be criticized, anywhere you look. The thing is though that in this market, DOAs just happen. If you notice a few complaints about it happening in the most recent reviews, then sure, feel worrisome. But with every model of every electronic that ever comes out, there are going to be some duds, just like fireworks. But with fireworks, you just replace them and move on, which is one thing that Newegg is also great for. If the usual standards are met, they are very quick to send a replacement.

That leads me to shipping, and this is based off of many personal experiences. I'll just say that their processing has always been quick with my orders. You'll see the usual "business days" for S+H but the processing has always seemed to be a single day thing and the shipping has ALWAYS been on schedule, if not a day early. This is still true with the free shipping specials that they offer. Free shipping from them usually still means UPS 3-Day Guaranteed service!

I don't feel that I have verbally dealt with their customer service enough to truly analyze. However, email responses have always been in due time, order + payment confirmations have always been instant, tracking info has always been provided, and as I mentioned before, their return + replacement policy runs very smoothly.

I may return to add to this review as I have done with my previous, but for now, after yet another pleasant transaction with them, I want to get this posted.
