I've shopped with National Allergy Supply both via catalog and online for several years. They represent quality products at competitive prices, have very good customer service and process returns/replacements promptly. I have never experienced a delay in receiving a product and trust their judgement as to the quality of products carried. My Physician recommended them to me when I was diagnosed with Asthma - that alone speaks to their expertise.

I was pleased with the product and overall experience. I was frustrated to find out that I could not receive the same special with pillow covering (buy 2 get 3rd free) because I was using on-line purchasing. Most companies prefer on-line purchases and target specials using this method.

Website had good info although some products were difficult to find. Shipping was longer than expected. Website stated items usually shipped if 24 hrs. Shipping was more like a week. Overall, site is good.

I did not understand that I needed to write in the comment space to get credit for a coupon for my on line order. It would be nice if the instructions were on the coupon. One phone call is all it took for my coupon to be honored.

I ordered the stuff online for my sister, and had it shipped to her. Upon completing the order I was advised that it would be delivered in three to five days. Two days later my sister reported that she had received the product. I found the site attractive and easy to use.

After making my first order from NAS, the only disappointment I had was the 3 for 1 sale. I ordered 6 pillow incasings over the internet, only to find if I would have waited for the catalog I would have recieved 1 free for each one I ordered. I wish that had been stated on the web catalog!

It was very good. It had everything I needed but I wish they sold the things I needed in sets so its easier. Like dust mites, encasings, vent covers, carpet and furniture powder, laundry detergent, ect. that way if you need to cover all the areas its easier and maybe a little cheaper plus it would help sell all products not just certain ones cause I waited to get some things cause I did not want to piece everything together. Oh and I did call and ask if you had a certain item and I was told no but then I ended up finding it and ordering it off the website, that part did not make me to happy cause I felt like the person on the phone was trying to get me to spend more money. I asked if you carry something in a certain size and they told me yes but only in the two most expensive textures but on the website I found it in the cheaper form and it was fifteen dollars cheaper. For that reason alone I will go to the website now rather than the phone line.

Mildew Cleaner seems to work OK. Haven't had time to see how well it works. I cannot use shampoo due to it does not remove the excess oils from my hair. It is a shame as I cannot use scented shampoos and there are none on the market. The other products work ok, but I can purchase unscented products in the store which are much less expensive than yours.

There were two orders - the first order, for spray bottles, came without the sprays. I called and was told they would be mailed to me, but I never received them. The second order, for the larger quantity, was fine. Both shipments arrived in a timely manner and securely packed. The products seem satisfactory, so far.

Although I received an order confirmation email,after my order didnt arrive in 2 weeks I made 3 phone calls only to be told that they were attacked by a worm which lost my order! They just said to go on the site and make a new order!! ..I asked the "customer service" rep for an email address of a manager who could expedite my order and was told they didnt have one but they would get back to me about that. (Which they did) But I dont think they are runnning a trustworthy enterprise. I gave them my credit card info, and now they are saying they dont know what happened my order!! They are not ready!

one of the products arrived leaking. I sent them an email to notify them. They immediately arranged to have a replacement sent out. I received it within a few days of notifying them about the leak. I was impressed with the quality of service I received.

The website is hard to use--no embedded links to products mentioned in the text. The order was packed sloppily, and the furnace filters arrived slightly bent. I phoned and left a comment; I received a return message, but the representative did not address my comment. I would shop here again, only because prices are lower than elsewhere.
