My review of Ravistailor.com is as follows; hope it helps anyone that is deciding to purchase suits or dress shirts from them, because I highly recommend that you do. I discovered Ravistailor.com by searching the internet for custom tailors, as I needed a top quality suit in a rather short timeframe. I work in investment banking, so one's appearance is vital in the office, especially when interfacing with clients. I found their website to be helpful and extremely detailed about their quality, standards, ethics and overall answers to questions. Feeling at ease (one has to be careful when purchasing orders over the internet) after reviewing their website, I decided to schedule an appointment with one of their tailors.

Within a day I received a personal email and a listing of dates in which a tailor would be in my area. I had about two weeks before my fitting date, so I researched which suit I would purchase from among their many choices. I decided to go with the "men's premium" line, style no. 9595 - "Traditional British Styling".  As for the fabrics, I tried to stay with 100% wool, but I ended up picking one (I purchased more than one suit) that was a blend, which so far has exceeded my expectations. I also picked some dress shirts from their "men's classic" line, the pinpoint oxford cotton to be exact.

The fitting went very well. There was a fair amount of people in the hotel waiting to be measured too. This made me even more confident that I made the right choice, since so many individuals were waiting to be fitted. I went over all the details of my suit with the tailor, and he gave great advice, such as purchasing extra matching dress pants, discussing the quality of the fabric, etc...

After the fitting, I received periodic updates on the construction and status of the suits. I also emailed customer service several times requesting small changes to the order, which was processed and handled quickly and professionally. Once the suits were shipped, I could track the shipping status online, and they only took about three days to arrive at my house. From start to finish, was about five weeks.

I honestly have to say, the suits fit great (all the details of my order were incorporated in them). And, the dress shirts are just outstanding. For example, the waistband on the suits is reinforced with a thin rubber lining and the pockets are deep (often manufacturers will cut costs by eliminating these items); the dress shirts, even for their classic line, exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be purchasing additional suits from Ravistailor.com. I really encourage anyone that is considering purchasing suits from them to do so-you won't be disappointed.
