I ordered a music box from this vendor and it appeared that the product I wanted was down to only one item in stock and it was damaged. Unfortunately, I did not know this for the first few weeks after my order was placed. They put a new one on order however I did not receive it in time and was not updated on what was going on proactively by the vendor. I had to call them and find out what was up with the order. Ultimately, I wanted to received a full refund because the store had missed the date I needed the product by in order to deliver it as a gift. However, read on, for the rest of the Story, once Boris got involved, was exceptional.
Things are tough in many parts of the small business world right now with the Economy as it is. There is no room for messing up with the Customer. The good news is that once this vendor's Management (Boris) and I were able to talk about the situation I was given a full refund quickly and he also offered up a huge apology.
I will give this vendor another opportunity to make me a Customer the next time I am shopping for music boxes.
They appear to have been in business a long time and the majority of their reviews are very good. If you ever need any special care, ask for Boris. Give him a chance to make it right.
