I was sent the wrong item. They found that they don't carry the right one (older model), they refunded my account without me having to do anything more. Very responsible for an online retailer. The Company advertisement details were the item would be shipped with in 72 hours and I could expect to have the item in 5 to 7 business days. However, the company beat that expectation. I received the email the item was shipped in less than 24 hours after I placed the order and was delivered to me in about 3 days which was wonderful. The free shipping was a big factor in selecting More Kitchens

Received the toaster(54.00)promptly, The iron (19.00) which I have cancelled, is lost in warehouse land. Communication could not be better, but it has been almost a month and despite customer services efforts cannot be found, until it is no credit can be given.

More Kitchen Appliances had the best price on the filters I wanted. Ordering was easy. After ordering, I was notified via email that the filter was out of stock and would ship within two weeks. It ended up shipping after about a week. For the price, I can't complain. I'll shop here again.

Everything went well with the coffee pot I ordered but the order for the pizzelle maker was cancelled by the store because the pizzelle maker was no longer available. Even though I was contacted immediately by the excellent customer service person via both e-mail and phone call, I was still irritated that this item was not available and that I did not know about this until a few days later after my order was accepted. It also took this company a couple of weeks to issue a refund to me via Paypal.
