I have shopped often with Ward's lately and mostly it was a good experience. I did have trouble recently with a furniture delivery that was supposed to be delivered in the beginning of December but didn't show up until a month later after I inquired about it. everything was great, i would like it though if the catalog would broaden it's shopping catagories to include things like infant and children's clothing, and more infant furniture. But otherwise everything was very good. I placed my order, they put it through and in a couple of days it was at my door in perfect shape and my daughter loved it. I haven't received all of the items that were ordered. The one item I haven't received, I wanted for a Christmas gift. It was supposed to arrive on the 23rd of December. I am still waiting. I was very excited about shopping at your site. It was a fun experience! What a joy it was to get those pachages in the mail. The products were beyond my expectations and the comforter is wonderful, it keeps us warm at night. The pillow is a gift for my mom that I know she's going to love! I received the product earlier than expected. It is nice, of high quality, the only thing I was disappointed is in the fact that the color is not a vibrant color as depicted on the website, the actual color is a pale almost washed out looking color. But my overall experience with the company has been excellant, I have ordered from them before and will continue to order from them.  I would shop here again
