I was disappointed by the misleading availability of the product I ordered from Mobileation. I was looking for a company that had the product "IN STOCK" so I could give it as a gift. The site showed it was available and charged my AMEX. When I contacted them to ask if I could pay extra and expedite the shipping so I could have it arrive express I was told the product was due to arrive but that they actually didn't stock it. It's been nearly 3 weeks and still no sign of it. I was told could be up to 4 weeks out. I'm frankly still a bit nervous that this might be some sort of scam since my AMEX has already been charged and billed. I hope I don't have to proceed by making a claim to AMEX to request a stop payment to the vendor. I just really wanted to please a co-worker with a special gift for her first baby from the team and all she got was a internet photo (by the way this site does not have pictures of the stroller)that I had to get off ebay's site.

very good, one of the tail light reflector was broken and they contacted little tykes for us and had it replaced within a week.

There was a bit of disappointment due to the car not being as large as we thought it would be. I think it would help if you gave the dimensions in the advertising, or else pictured the car with a child in it.

I order on line and got the ride-on in less then a week, the price was very good as i had done alot of research before i bought and was very happy with the product and service.
