About two months ago i ordered a bugaboo stroller at linens-n-things. Shortly after ordering it i've received a message that this was out of stock so i ordered another one. In the end i've received two bugaboo strollers + I was charged for both! I had to send the second bugaboo back via ups for another 60 dollars. Ever since then I first of all haven't been refunded nor have I received any messages or responses to any of the 20 emails I've sent. I didn't get any explications or answers for the mess tehy had produced! I still can't believe they didn't come back to me after soooo many messages, voicemessages and requests that had been sent. That was two months! ago. Thay claim to come back to you within the next 24hours and refund you within 30 days after receival of the returned item.....but nothing! when you call their customer service line you normally reach a voicemail or if you're lucky and speak to one of the representatives (what I've done about 15 times) they send in a request with the promise for a response within 24 business hours!!!! I never ever got a single response and i am not waiting for it any longer. Have to claim back my money through credit card company now. Worst customer service ever! Non-professional! Do not recommand at all!!!
