Horrible experience! The ring I ordered came quickly..until I opened the box. They sent the WRONG one!!! I paid $18 for expedited shipping because I needed the ring for a specific date...I have emailed and called the company...The website states that they are available 24 hrs. via email; No one has responded to my emails; Website also states that customer service is available until 9:00 pm. I began calling at 8:00 pm the day I received the incorrect ring...No one answered; I finally reached someone during the day...and spoke to a supervisor...She said I had to wait for a call from Corporate. I am still waiting...They have very poor customer service; Without that, a company is nothing.

I purchased a personalized mother's bracelet last Christmas and the names of the grandchildren were so small you needed a magnifying to see them. It also took an extraordinary amount of time to deliver and arrived a day after Christmas. That bracelet I sent back. This year, I ordered a mother's necklace, with my mother-in-law's birthstone at the top and the charms of her grandchildren on the bottom. It was delivered with the charm at the top facing the opposite way as the grandchildren's charms. A simple glance at the necklace before shipping would have saved me the headache of having to have it replaced. It is more than two weeks before Christmas and the company won't rush delivery of what they screwed up. So for a second Christmas, my mother-in-law will not receive her gift on time. VERY POOR QUALITY JEWELRY!! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone, unless you are a very patient person with low standards.

My son bought me a Mother's Day necklace from this store. He paid with his credit card. Despite proof of payment, the store insisted he did not pay and demanded a second full payment. We spoke with Rhonda from customer service and a number of "supervisors". We spoke mostly to Ray.They stated over the phone numerous times that we had submitted proof of payment and the case was closed, then we'd receive another letter demanding payment in full. Very long story short,my son's name was given to a collection agency. We contacted a lawyer. The collection agency dropped its case and so did Limoges. Only shop here if you have a very good lawyer.

I am mostly satisfied with my ring. The stones are definatley smaller than I imagined from the enlarged image on the website. Also, it does have one sharp angle that is constantly catching on things. The inscriptions look fine but some people need a magnifying glass to read them!
Shipping took exactly how long they stated it would, although I would have preferred they had more detailed online tracking. The only tracking I saw were one of two options - in process or shipping and there was no tracking number with the shipping provider. Overall, I am happy with my ring. You get what you pay for, it was cheaper than other online stores so I wasn't expecting perfection and that is exactly what I received. |

Avoid them at any cost for personalized jewelry. They sent me a scratched ring and then after I sent it back, they kept saying that they had not received it and are playing games back and forth instead of giving me a refund. I even sent them the confirmation number from USPS (thank God we did that!) and they want a physical copy of it now. Their customer service is horrendous and I will never attempt buying from them again. I have opened a dispute via paypal.

Do not shop here if you are expecting something worth giving to someone. We ordered a necklace for my mother-in-law for Christmas. When it got here we noticed that it looked all beat up and the settings on the stones didn't allow you to see some of the stones at all. I called them and I either had to pay for another one up front or send it back and wait a month for a refund. I was NOT paying for another one so I guess that I will be waiting for my refund. What a ripoff!!!!

i loveed my item...!!! i ordered the smallest size on the chart which i believe was a 5...but my finger still doesnt fit a 5...! it needs a smaller one...the lettering is small..but you know what i am happy with my order and i would order from here again! the diamond can be a bit bigger as well...but like i said...im happy and satisfied!!!! the shipping was quick it only took about 2 weeks..i was actually suprised...so i am happy i received before the holiday!!...the only thing is i wish i couldve had a treacking number..but oh well..i still got my item!!..yay!!

Very bad customer service. No one gives you a straight answer. I am waiting over 6 weeks for a ring and still have not received it. They are very slow to respond to emails, and when you call it seems nobody there can help you. A week ago I was told by a customer service rep that I needed to speak to a supervisor, but he was gone for the day. I was told he would call me the next day. He still has not called. They take several days to respond to emails. Now they say I have to wait another "week or two while they investigate". They charged my credit card and I have not received the merchandise...What's to investigate?? I would not do business with them again.

I ordered a personalized ring for my niece as a Christmas gift back on November 13th, knowing they give an up to 4 week time to receive my order. I figured it was ample time to receive it in time for Christmas, especially considering the Holiday Rush hadn't officially started at the time.
I just received the ring last week(today is Jan. 30th!) so it took more than 2 months from the order date! After weeks of delayed responses to my emails, lies and disgust! The only thing that was good was that they credited 33% of my purchase price for their shoddy service. And the ring looks kind of "cheesy" and is a thinner band that I had expected, but as long as my niece likes it, that's what matters most. I should've placed the order with personalization mall, but as the saying goes,"you learn from your mistakes." |

I ordered a ring ( a simple birthstone ring with no engraving) over a month ago and still have not received it -- I have called customer service several times and each time the story is different. They tell me because I chose a birthstone it is a custom order -- HA HA -- and will take 4 weeks -- today (it has been four weeks) they tell me that it may take another two weeks. Don't buy from this online store -- their customer service is customer NO SERVICE and the rings are manufactured out of the country. Maybe one day I will receive the ring I ordered. You can't cancel an order until it is shipped to you -- you have no recourse except to wait -- Think long and hard before ordering from this vendor.

This is not the place to buy a gift for someone. We bought a mother's pendant here (10K gold) and within a few months of just being worn around the neck the heart broke completely in half. These are not high quality things. I do give them credit for standing behind their guarantee. I mailed the necklace back several months later & they are (supposedly?) refunding my money (purchase price only- I still paid shipping both ways), no questions asked. Of course I have not seen this refund yet. If you want a piece of jewelry that is good quality then I would not look here.

I bought 3 items --2 birthstone rings and a silver bracelet. The bracelet is great, so far. The rings lost stones from BOTH!! I returned them and of course they never received them. So now I have no rings, no credit , no nothing. I will never shop from Limoges again and I will tell everyone not to purchase from them either--their jewelry is junk!! and Of Course you cannot find a corporate phone number anywhere. Any company that you can't call corporate has got to be SHADY!!!

I bought the CZ earrings set, Garnet earrings, Lapis earrings and a jewelry organizer from them recently. The earrings arrived fine but one corner of the jewelry organizer is totally shattered and broken (probably due to the poor packaging - padded envelope).
I wrote to them to ask for a refund or replacement and who is going to pay for the return postage and they told me to fill up some form and send it back without mentioning who is going to pay for the postage. I wrote them again to ask for clarification, no reply. The quality of the electroplated settings is not good at all. The uneven surface is so disturbing when you look at the piece. |

I am very dissatisfied with this online store! I ordered a bracelet from them which was defective so I sent it back. That was almost a MONTH ago and I still haven't received the replacement.
