I ordered a cartridge for a product that said on the package it worked with any version of this product. I opened it to put it in and it did'nt fit. I sent it back and did not get a refund. When I called to see why, the operator told me it was because I opened it. While I would normally except this policy, I calmly and politely explained the situation. The operator began to argue and defend in an extremely rude tone. I asked(still being polite and calm) to speak to his supervisor. "I'm the owner," he rudely responded. If you're into customer service and products that do what they are supposed to do I would'nt shop here.

Horrible, horrible experience. Ordered on-line 12/15/07, paying an exorbitant amount for expedited shipping. Received on-line confirmation of order on 12/15/07. Checked status on their site several times, with no success. Received following message 6 days before Christmas:

We are sorry to inform you we are sold out of item ordered.

Order has been canceled.

Now I have no time left to get the item I ordered. I will be letting everybody know about this experience.

All was of good quality. The voice of the doll could be improved....difficult even for an adult to understand....especially the french. Also expected it to be the same voice as on the cartoon.

My only suggestion would be that KimmyShop send an acknowledgement email to say my order had been received. Other online shops do this within 15 minutes of receiving the order & I find this reassuring & like to keep it as a record of my purchase. Thanks

I wish that the pictures of the products could have been made larger, and that the Backyardigan's Chutes and Ladders game could have been pictured outside the box as well. The website always shuts down on me and loses my information and it takes me several trys to complete my order. Also, whenever I have a discount code, it takes a few times to get the order correct. The website is very slow too.
