My only concern was that I paid for two day shipping and I did not receive the card holder until after Christmas; other than that I was completely satisfied!

I MADE THREE SEPERATE ORDERS, WHICH I GOT EMAIL CONFIRMATION OF. MANY DAYS LATER I TRACKED MY ORDERS TO SEE WHEN THEY WOULD BE DELIVERED AND FOUND A NOTICE SAYING ORDER CANCELLED. I CALLED AND AFTER WAITING ABOUT 40 MINUTES ON HOLD WAS TOLD THE ITEM WAS NO LONGER IN STOCK. I WENT ON LINE A CHOSE SOMETHING ELSE. THE SAME RESULTS. I THEN ORDERED SOMETHING ELSE, WITH THE SAME RESULTS. I WISH AN EMAIL WAS SENT TO ME TO NOTIFY ME THAT THESE ITEMS WERE NOT AVAILABLE. I WASTED MY TIME AND WAS UNABLE TO GET THE CHRISTMAS GIFTS I WANTED.

I had some issues with the free shipping not happening, and sent an email and a followup a week later to customer service. I never heard back and never recieved a rebate. I would be hesitant to make another purchase on-line.

I purchased 2 tee shirts via the internet. After I placed the order, I was informed that the shipping time would be two days which was in time for Christmas. I was pleased because these were gifts. Approximately 3 days later, I received an e-mail stating that the shipment was scheduled to arrive on 1/27/07. I cancelled the order. If they didn't have the merchandise, it should have noted at the time the order was placed. In this era of computers, there is no excuse that a vendor does not know his on hand inventory.

It took some time to receive a confermation email for my purchace. Once received I wasn't able to follow the shipment through your website, unlike other site I have used in the past. I wouldn't buy online from your site in the future, I'd just go to the store and avoid the wait and shipping fees.

I ordered a pair of shoes on line and was given an order conformation. Over 10 days later I recieved an email saying they were sorry but that they had sold out of this product. I oredered these shoes one week before christmas and after waiting over 10 days to see if they were here I recieved this email. I had recieved and order conformation saying they did have them and were sending them and to them wait all this time to only recieve an email saying sorry was incredibly disapointing. This could have been a christmas gift. I would not order anything from this K.C. online again!

It would be helpful to be able to view the merchandise in three dimensions (i.e., rotate the pictures). This is especially helpful when dertermining if the shoe has a square toe of pointed toe. Shipping should be free for orders over approximately $100 in value - I already get hit by a tax for living in a city with a Kenneth Cole Store (which never carries size 13 or clearence items - Georgetown Shop), so the shipping is insult to injury. Email messages are two frequent, they seem to arrive weekly, may once every two weeks or month is more appropriate.

Kenneth Cole . com is an excellant way to shop for Kenneth Cole shoes. The website is easy to use, products are easy to find & view. The overall process is good. However, if there is a problem w/ your order no one from Kenneth Cole contacts you. It's important to track your order yourself. If you need to contact them about your order do it via the phone as they never return E-mails.

I was quite apprehensive about my purchase. The shoe looked so nice and classy, but would it feel good? That's what I was worried about. The webpage made no mention of this. But after I first wore it, it's one of my favorite shoes. I'm presuming that I can trust Kenneth Cole with my footwear from here on forth. I love the style and the comfort (especially since it's a dress shoe). I really expected it to pinch my feet. I love the arch in the shoe itself. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. Todd Z.
