I ordered about 85% of the toys for my children at this store on-line for Christmas, and it was the easiest shopping experience.

I am a shopper, I love to shop. I go out the day after Thanksgiving religiously every year to begin the Christmas shopping. However, by the time that famous shopping day rolled around, I had already done about half of my shopping at KBkids.com.

As a matter of fact, I went to the toy stores the day after Thanksgiving anyway, like I always do, and could not find what I wanted at any kind of a decent discounted price. I then went home, got on-line, and bought almost the rest of my list.

The selection was a thousand times better than what I had seen in the stores. Nothing was sold out. I did not have to fight with other barracudas over the last anything. I did not have to elbow my way through the crowds, or wait in line an hour and a half to make a purchase.

The selection was wonderful, the prices were reasonable, especially with the Christmas promotions, and the web site was relatively simple to maneuver and fast to check out. I had no complaints with the actual shopping experience.

Everything arrived within a few days, and everything was in a box, not the box the merchandise came in. Anyone with kids knows this is an absolute must, so that the kids do not see the presents when they are delivered.

I did not have to return anything, so I am not familiar with their return policy. I can say that they had everything I wanted, more than the stores had, excellent promotions, and at that time, free delivery because of the amount I purchased.

I would check out the shipping and handling charges before making a purchase if there is no promotion, as I do not know if their ordinary S & H is reasonable or not. That aside, I see no reason why anyone wouldn't want to do all of their toy shopping at this store.
