I recently bought an Eee Asus netbook at J&R Music and Computer. The delivery speed was excellent. It arrived really fast and in good shape. My only complain is regarding the customer service. I called three times to ask which memory fits this computer (I wanted to add a 2Gb memory stick), and the people that answered were not very knowledgeable about it. More than that, they gave me contradictory information about the type of memory I should add. They were respectful, but just they didn't have the neccesary skills. Maybe computers is not their specialty? Anyway, I cross checked their info with Amazon site (that include in their site the info about the best accessories to include if you buy an item), and was finally able to buy what I needed.
Besides that, I would strongly recommend this place (although I won't recommend to participate in the epinion survey. They announce that you will participate in a drawing for money if you complete th survey, but they forget to tell that at that moment that you need a minimum of 200 word for that, which is quite annoying. You only discover that after waisting some time, and there is no word counting in their interface)
